Barato pra quem quer economizar mas feio, velho...teve um carro arrombado na manhã de ontem na porta do meu quarto...se o interesse eh economizar vá...Mas se quiser um pouquinho mais de conforto prefira procurar outro local!

I wasn’t expecting much at this price, but I had hoped to find a few things different. The room has the smell of air freshener or incense which is odd because it’s a non-smoking room. Pool is closed, elevator out of order, a little noisy at night. Aside from the smell the room is large and comfortable enough. But the toilet handle needed to be held down to flush, and shower has a slow drain which left me standing in soapy water.I probably wouldn’t stay here again, but it certainly wasn’t “bad.” Probably a good value for the price if you’re in town for a convention, as the walk is fairly short and easy.

This is a little bit of a complex review as I have mixed emotions about this place. The evening staff were awesome! The security guards were hilarious and the employee working that night helped me switch out a room as the one room I had had stains on the sheets (you can tell they were cleaned yet...). Also, the housekeeping staff were super helpful when I requested more towels and extra sheets since they do not do housekeeping while you are still in the room (remember that if you decide to stay here). Unfortunately, the day staff is not as trained as they should be. The person that was staying in the room with me came in later the next day and I ensure her name was on the room so I did not have to be there since we had a conference that day. The woman working the front desk continuously told her that her name was not on the room to the point they needed me to come and show my ID. By the time I got on FaceTime to talk to them and show my ID (even though the said I needed to come in...that does not make any sense), the manager (Maggie) came, ask for the woman's name and it was on the reservation.... The issue I am having with this hotel currently is that I on hold and have been for about thirty minutes of my almost hour conversation. I understand that they are busy; yet, the least they can do is confirm or deny the five different charges on my card..... I just got off the phone and was on hold for a good thirty minutes. She apologized and sent me my receipts and there are three charges on my card that do not belong... If you just need a place to rest your head and a shower, then I say book it. I just hope that better train their employees so they do not have episodes of people getting highly upset with them. P.S. Someone was getting arrested in front of the hotel the day we pulled up...just FYI

My wife said it should be 2 stars. I gave it 3 because it was fairly cheap. It was functional but everything was very old and worn. Door stuck, carpet very worn, cabinets, tiling. It was nice to have a fridge. Stayed at Tropicana a few weeks ago and no fridge.Microwave would have been nice. There was a smell in the room that caused us to have runny noses in the morning. Lobby reeks of cigarette smoke. I wish hotels would stop using those little pillows and have decent size queen or king. We both woke up with neck aches

AWFUL PLACE!!! We booked our room well in advance... months before our trip, only to have it cancelled without a phone call, email or text the day before our check in.They said our card was declined but my bank says the card was never run. Of course the room rate is higher now a hundred dollars to be exact. The day before our arrival all hotels are going to be at high prices.Funny how that works out for the hotel. They opened up a room and can charge more now and do not have to discount the rate. Maggie seems to be the only one to actually talk to and she did nothing but argue. It is frustrating that no solution or help was available. Left multiple messages for Edward the General Manager but did not hear back from him.So disgusted a simple courtesy of a phone call would have been great.My bank insists the card was never run or declined.This is a shady business at the very least inhospitable in the hospitality industry.Ruined my weekend. Don't count on the management to help you if you have a problem.

October 2021 Front desk staff very nice and friendly. Very inexpensive. You get what you pay for. Very old outdated and somewhat dirty. As soon as we walked into the room we noticed a weird smell. We had a Non-smoking room but it smelled like someone smoked something in here. My husband kept sneezing in the room. I can take old, even the carpet that is loose...if it's clean, but I was disappointed on the dusty carpets, dirty floors,stained walls, doors,doorways etc. Sink and shower were clean but the non-slip plastic mat was gross. Lobby is right by the casino so if you are allergic to cigarettes smoke, you are out of luck.Will not be staying here again.

Las habitaciones que nos dieron olian a cigarro muy intenso, no se podia descansar, eso daba una sensacion de suciedad. Solo nos quedamos 1 noche.

Pésimo servicio. Hice una reservación un mes antes y me la cancelaron a media noche el día anterior… ya no me dejaron reservar con ellos por decirle a la recepcionista sus errores…

This was a good hotel for the price but in the past, I only stayed one night at a time.I stayed a couple of nights this time and there is no hot water.I turned on the shower and waited an entire show if George Lopez before it got hot and never did.The bed is as hard as it is uncomfortable.One night is fine but the second will wake up with tremendous back pain.Room is semi-clean and very spacious which is excellent for the price.Its worth staying here ... for short stays.

There is wonderful customer service here. All the staff are super helpful and friendly. The room was good size. Great prices. Only complaints are the pool was super cold. Even on 90 degree days and the elevator is a little scary. But, I would stay here again.

The staff here always is amazing, especially the swing bartender, Jeri, who truly has a heart of gold. Others, too, are extra-special, especially a Bulgarian slot attendant named Ivanna. The food is expertly prepared and always a great value. Especially when you consider that it is steps away from the World Famous Las Vegas Convention Center. The only con is the condition of the rooms. Come here for the people, the bar and the food and you will be thrilled.
