“First thing, this place is huge. There is shuttle from the self parking garage to the main hotel lobby. Front desk staff is great. Room is big and clean. Comfortable bed, a bit on the firm side with great pillows. Pool view rooms face great sunsets.”

“Overall a great value. Nice pool area with water slides, activity area, and a splash pad for kids. The big screens around the pool are a nice touch. Laser show is a bust though. Good selection of restaurants. Great location that is very accessible to Disney and not far from universal or the airport.”
