Antes de reservar, pergunte-se se você realmente quer ficar em um lugar que não consegue fazer a limpeza certa. Não é bom que um hotel de 4 estrelas se comprometa apenas com a manutenção do quarto a cada 3 dias. É desconcertante encontrar alguns dos produtos de higiene pessoal do ocupante anterior ainda no banheiro. É ainda pior quando o hotel não atende a baixa expectativa de um serviço no dia 3. É enfurecedor no dia 4 quando eles ainda não fazem isso. Finalmente, no dia 5 de 6, o quarto é servido. Se a falta de pessoal significa que você não pode fornecer um produto de 4 estrelas, então não venda os quartos. Ou pelo menos oferecer um ajuste significativo na conta. O hotel está lutando para limpar os quartos para recém-chegados, por isso, se você estiver aqui por várias noites, não receberá nada. Mas uma boa academia. A localização é útil, mas você ouvirá muitas sirenes do quartel de bombeiros ao lado. O bônus (veja a foto) é esse pedaço de metal caindo da parede durante a noite.

Before booking ask yourself whether you really want to stay somewhere that can't get the cleaning right. It's not great that a 4 star hotel only commits to servicing the room every 3 days. It is disconcerting to find some of the previous occupant's personal toiletries still in the bathroom. It's even worse when the hotel fails to meet the low expectation of a day 3 service. It's infuriating on day 4 when they still don't do it. Finally on day 5 of 6 the room is serviced. If staffing shortages mean you can't provide a 4 star product, then don't sell the rooms. Or at least offer a meaningful adjustment to the bill. The hotel is struggling to get rooms clean for new arrivals, so if you are here for multiple nights you get nothing. Good gym though. Location is handy but you will hear a lot of sirens from the fire station next door. The bonus (see photo) is this chunk of metal falling off the wall in the night.

I took myself on a getaway for a night in the city! BEAUTIFUL SPACIOUS ROOMS! The views!!! 😍 The customer service made me feel like a superstar! They offer a nice selection of amenities! Perfect location! Reasonably priced - they will also price match! Definitely staying here again.

It is such a shame that my entire stay was ruined solely because the front desk was unable to be precise and professional. The food and staff at the restaurants and house keeping were so great but the front desk issues really stood out far more for the mishandling of my stay there. When I initially arrived the front desk agent charged me for my stay TWICE. Not only did they charge me twice but it was the front desk agent herself who took it upon herself to approve the transaction without my review. She legitimately pressed the “accept”/green button on the payment pad. I am fully considering on sending a Preservation Letter to the hotel security team to pull the video footage of this theft. They told me they were unable to reverse the transaction and that my bank would have to. After being on the phone for an hour WHILE ON MY BIRTHDAY VACATION FOR AN ERROR THAT WAS ENTIRELY THE HOTELS FAULT my bank advised that the hotel will need to be the ones to amend this transaction. I currently have $1,030.99 in transactions pending in my bank account from the hotel for who knows why since I prepaid for my stay. One of the charges is in the amount of $338.33 two are in the amount of $238.33 and another two are in the amount of $108.00. I was told IF these transactions are just holds then I should “probably” get that money back in WEEKS/MONTHS. I just wonder how they can get away with this and what people who don’t have money like that in their accounts would do in this situation. It feels like I’ve been stolen from and as someone who works in the legal field I am absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism and help given by the hotel to help rectify these discrepancies.

I had a weekend getaway to myself I’m the city as I do often. I would definitely recommend this hotel! Perfect location! Beautiful decor! Beautiful hotel however due to no valet if you park in the garage your entry isn’t as inviting. I was pleasantly surprised as I walked into lobby entrance door. The smooth jazz greeted me as I walked towards check in. I requested a robe because there wasn’t one I’m the room. They didn’t hesitate. I ordered room service and it arrived in a timely manner. Hot tub could’ve been cleaner. The views were amazing! Fully stocked mini fridge, iron, iron board, water bottle, etc. 🎉 I parked in the garage $54 night not bad at all to be in the city and you do have in/out privileges, just ask before check in is complete. You also do not have to leave parking garage until 3pm the day you check out. Super dope to explore the city for a few more hours. Also, complementary 30 min late check out helped. All in all 10/10!

Pelo preço de apenas uma noite na época (30 de março), eu esperava mais. Piscina pequena. Área de fitness era bom. No quarto era bom / limpo e confortável. O restaurante foi um pouco caro, dada a quantidade que você recebe. A qualidade da comida era de grau médio. Localização foi realmente o ponto de resgate para compras e exploração. No geral a cidade foi ótima. Mas o hotel deixa um pouco mais a desejar.

For the price of Just one night at the time(March 30) I expected more. Small pool. Fitness area was nice. In room was nice /clean and comfortable. The restaurant was a bit overpriced given the quantity you receive. Quality of food was mid grade . Location wasreally the redeeming point for shopping and exploration. Overall the city was great. But the hotel leaves a bit more to be desired.

First time in Chicago downtown. This hotel was so beautiful inside & out. Everything was perfect. Had a beautiful view from our room. The tub was amazing along with the waterfall shower. Staff was very kind & helpful. Did not have enough time to check out the pool, but will definitely have to come back to check it out.

Apreciamos a nossa estadia, vistas incríveis! Muitas coisas para fazer dentro do hotel, desde a piscina, academia, restaurante e etc. quando entramos em pisos definitivamente precisava ser esfregado melhor. Também telefone ao lado da cama estava muito empoeirado, felizmente não precisamos usá-lo! Nenhum micro-ondas no quarto foi decepcionante, e a banheira de hidromassagem e a água precisam ser limpas com frequência. A equipe foi amigável e eu gostei de como a garagem de estacionamento estava por perto.

Enjoyed our stay, amazing views! Lots of things to do inside the hotel, from the pool, fitness, restaurant & etc..I didn't give 4/5 stars because the bathroom wasn't that clean, by the toilet area had dried up urine spot on the floor when we walked in floors definitely needed to be mopped better. Also phone by the bed was very dusty, luckily we didn't need to use it! No microwave in the room was disappointing, and hot tub& water needs to be cleaned out often. The Staff was friendly & I did like how the parking garage was close by.

No se me hizo muy limpio en la habitación,en el piso había manchas de sucio, no tienen mucho espacio y te cobran 20 dls por día, si quieres usar alberca, gimnasio y algo más , y por si fuera poco, decía desayuno incluido y solo era para 2 personas y si yo quería agregar a mis hijos era 18 dls por cada uno, cada persona habla de cómo le fue, y a mi no me gusto y por lo tanto yo no lo recomendaría..... A HORRIBLE experience ... we get the recommendation through an app that tells you the supposed information the total cost and the things that it includes, but when you arrive for the check-in the reality is different ... they charge you $ 100 mandatory dollars in case You order for some service to the food room (which I was not going to do). the parking is $ 50.00 a night and if you go out, when you return you have to pay from $ 20 to 30 depending on the time each time you leave and return. There is nothing interesting nearby where you can walk. if you want to use the pool or the SPA you must pay additional. We only stayed one night. We left on Sunday, June 24 and today, June 26, they charged us $ 300.00 because they said we ate things from the fridge in the room and we did not eat ANYTHING, everything had to be paid very expensive prices a small bottle of water $ 4.00 dollars WTF !! !!! anyway we explained that we did not eat anything from the fridge and it happens that the fridge in the room has a sensor if you open it or move something they charge it as if you had eaten it even if you have not done it they never explain that to you ... so They charged $ 300 for just opening the fridge and closing it to keep my water cold, I had to buy it at CVS at less price. do not want to return the money only $ 11 REALLY dollars ??????! I never go back and I will always tell my experience so that nearby people do not get that headache.———————————————————— Un pésimo hotel, te engañan con precios en las paginas de app cuando vas no te incluye estacionamiento son $50 por noche y por 1-2 horas $20 y así sigue subiendo OSEA que si tiene que salir a pasea en tu carro varias veces gastaras unos $100 dólares en estacionamiento. En el check-in te cobran $100 dólares obligatorios con la excusa que solo es por si pides algo a la habitación se descuenta de ahí que luego te lo devuelven MENTIRAAAAAA!!! No devuelven NADA. El desayuno si es rico y el Hotel es elegante y muy lindo los muchachos de afuera muy cortes y atentos. Nos fuimos el Domingo 24 de Junio y hoy 26 de Junio mi banco me alerta que el Hotel me cobro unos $300 dólares adicionales por el simple hecho de según ellos comimos de la nevera de la habitación (te dan una nevera repleta de cosas alcohol, agua, papitas, etc.) cuando es MENTIRA no cojinos NADA por que todo tenia un precio muy alto, so compramos agua en CVS y la mantuvimos fría en la nevera y por eso cobraron todo ese dinero, ellos no hacen inventario de esa comida solo se dejan llevar por un sensor que la nevera tiene y cuenta cuantas veces abres la nevera y todo lo que mueves. Ellos nunca te explican eso y tampoco tienen otra nevera adicional para que puedas mantener tus cosas frías. JAMAAAAAAAS, JAMAAAAAS RECOMENDARE ESTE HOTEL, contare mi mal experiencia en todas partes.
