Great place, no hasslesnat all. Located in a nice quiet spot just minutes off the strip. Rooms are great. Very spacious and also rooms are all getting upgraded! Mary at the front desk was beyond nice and made checking in a breeze! Will definitely stay at Serene again!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I was seriously scared for my safty. The pictures are so promising. I have been wanting to stay here for a long time. But NEVER again. The room was filthy! Dead bugs under the bed, a bathroom smell that comes from the AC units, the bathtubs don't work, the showers don't drain and there are what look like rat holes in the walls. I felt dirty staying there. It also seems like there are residents there. More of an apartment complex then a hotel.

Great, quiet hotel. Currently remodeling but the staff is very nice. Pool area is relaxing and we'll kept. Kids pool and adult size pool. Gonna be great lobby/lounge after pandemic.

We had our hidden (you would have to dig to find) $800 tablet stollen with the charger from our room!! It went missing between 9:45 pm and 2 am Saturday night! When asked housekeeper, front desk and housekeeper manager everyone had no idea? After reading other reviews MANY people have had electronics stolen from their rooms!! We asked the housekeeper who said she did not speak English. Well lucky for me, I speak Spanish and she was quick to dismiss us in a very nervous way. I have stayed in Vegas thousands of times and never had this happen. They said there is nothing they could do such as review cameras in hallways to see who had entered our room or check key pad. This hotel is not secure. The provided safe was not large enough to fit it, therefore hidden out of sight.

Older hotel, looks like they are renovating, good location. Checked in turned on the ac went to dinner, came back and found the AC wasn’t working had leaked down the wall on an electrical outlet below the unit and created a large puddle on the carpet floor. When I spoke to the front desk she said “just turn your ac off and put a towel down, we have older ac units and they freeze so you need to thaw them out by turning them off and after awhile it should be good just don’t make it cold, leave it around 70s and it shouldn’t be a problem” The problem is it’s 108’ outside and AC is kind of important here. Just ended up getting another room, checked out at 10:40pm. I didn’t ask for a refund, these guys need it more then I do. I’d give them another try if the customer service was better, would have even paid more for another room with AC 😂 but the front desk employee was more focused on watching her phone and not assisting the guest. There are always problems / issues in life and business, having good customer service and training your employees how to handle situations is what makes customers come back even if there was an issue.

Great location, good staff, big room,. good bed. Could use a facelift but great deal for the price. Quiet at night walking distance to the Hard Rock casino... Would stay there again....close...

Well I did not get to sleep in it or see the room due to the fact I was discriminated against due to my Health situation.. I tried showing them the proper documentation they would not look at it...

So I stayed for 8 days only thing they did for housekeeping was make the beds and leave towels some days no soap they didn’t clean the counter tops of the furniture or even dust the phone didn’t...

This began with you are not allowed to gather, party, smoke anywhere except parking lot, or BBQ. I felt like I had just visited with a probation officer. This was a complete joke and management...

The crackheads are mingling everywhere. Not safe. I cleaned the bathroom myself. Management was not helpful. Went and bought bedsheets. My door would not lock the 1st night until maintenances came...

So apparently it’s funny in Micheal’s opinion that the RESERVATION I made and the deposit I am patiently 15 days later waiting for is in my correct email address- but he lied saying the itinerary is...
