Excelente localização. Equipe da recepção foi sempre muito atenciosa e guardou nossa encomenda, mesmo a mesma tendo chegado após o nosso check-out. Café da manhã razoável.

Hotel muito bem localizado e com uma equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa. Nos dias que fiquei no hotel não tive nada do que reclamar muito pelo contrário só tenho a elogiar desde a recepção até a limpeza do quarto.Ressalto ainda que uma encomenda que havia sido feita para chegar no hotel não chegou no período em que estive hospedado lá mas ainda assim comunicamos a recepção que recebeu e guardou a encomenda sem custo algum.

Local imperdível, com muitas atrações. Muitos parques. Sugiro que reserve o dia todo para visitar. Existe um APP para acompanhar o andamento das filas das atrações. Muitos locais para alimentações. Vale muito a pena visitar.

The front staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was some what worn. Three different kinds of chairs in the room and the office chair was missing the covering on the head rest. The beds were comfortable. The room was some what cramped. We had no problems with the bathroom. The fridge and microwave worked great. There was minimal noise from outside or inside the hotel. The breakfast had eggs with some type of milk products, sausage, pancakes, breads and cereal. No oatmeal. No peanut butter. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool.

First day in this hotel , we got into the hotel and saw a hole in the roof didn’t think much of it. Until it started to rain and the whole became bigger and water just came leaking in. We went to front desk to tell them and they said they would send someone. The person never came and we had to deal with a hole on our roof. I’m not very pleased with our stay and I wanted to bring this to their attention. We were not notified that our room had a hole in the roof before our stay or before we even booked with them.

Be mindful booking via their guest reservations. The people you are talking to sound like they are in the Philippines and they kept requesting my credit card number before I was finished with my questions. I knew something was fishy. Although he stated to me that I could pay in person. The rate he quoted me was 218 & change for 2 nights. He tried to hurry and get off the phone with me once he thought he had my credit card number. I told him to email me the confirmation. Wow, I get the confirmation only to have been charged double 586$. What if I had been charged that different amount from what I was expecting. I was on the phone with Devon for almost an hour. I kept going over the dates, location, and the rate. Once I called him out on his shady behavior he tried to say it was miscommunication. No way you are a liar and tried to scam me ! I knew they weren't right so be careful with the Wyngate and booking. The phone calls are recorded so if the Wyngate have people like that representation them I know I can't trust your company ad a whole. He's not dumb, nor illiterate he understood me clearly. Shady behavior like this needs to be addressed. How disgusting to try to be slick and scam hard working people. I'm happy I asked him to send me the confirmation via email. He kept insisting I write it down. I requested that he send it to me so that I could see my booking in writing. The email showed me the full amount n etc. I just wanted a 2 night stay near universal and they had availability. Please be careful with this company while booking !!!!!

Great location. Less than 2 minutes from the entrance to Universal. Extremely clean rooms. Breakfast was usual continental fare, but delicious. The staff was very friendly and lots of convenient parking. Low deposit amount for incidentals, only $50! Which is great, because you're not locking up a lot of money while on vacation!

I would give this place a zero if I could. We chose this hotel due to its proximity to Universal, but also to have a pool. Our plan was to stay two nights. When we arrived, the pool was under construction and unable to be used. They said we could use the pool at the Hampton which involved walking a considerable distance through two parking lots. I was not able to cancel my reservation so that we could book a room at a hotel with a pool on site, even though I was not at fault. There was no give and take on this. Very disappointed. Will not go back.

We "Loved" this Wyndham owned property. We were very comfortable in our room. The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was a nice comfortable size as well. In addition, they offer free complimentary breakfast as well. The service was professional and courteous. I highly recommend staying here.

Stayed one night and this hotel made me wish we were staying more nights. Wonderful, clean, comfy room. Staff was kind and breakfast option was super convenient. We came to Orlando to visit Universal Studios and this hotel offered a shuttle to the park. Wonderful experience.

Standard hotel.Breakfast was convenient but nothing too special.Clean rooms.TVs a little small.Pool outside and water really cold in December rendering pool unusable.Close to universal studios.On busy days,it's faster to walk from here than grunts drive and park (if you can walk a mile in 15 min).

Excelente opción de hotel. Estuvimos 6 días con mi niño de 5 años, esposo y sobrina. Me encantó la limpieza, todos los días nos asearon el cuarto, cambiaron toallas. La habitación en la que me quedé la 424, muy amplia, ventanas con blackout, aire acondicionado y calefacción. Tiene nevera pequeña que aprovechamos mucho para almacenar, jamón, queso y yogurt para nuestros pasabocas de los parques. Tiene piscina limpia, agradable para relajarnos. Usamos la tina del baño casi todos los días para descansar las piernas y cuerpo de las caminatas. Tiene microondas en la habitación que tamby nos fue útil.Tiene plancha de ropa y secador de cabello. El hotel es muy limpio, el desayuno para nosotros estuvo bien. El café colombiano en la máquina, delicioso y aparte la leche si se le quiere aplicar. Huevos batidos, yogurt, cereal. Mejor realmente que en otros hoteles que he estado. Tienen sala de reuniones que me sirvió mucho por temas laborales que tuve que atender y lo pude hacer sin problema en una de ellas con total tranquilidad. Buena conectividad en todo el hotel. Usamos la lavadora y secadora por $3usd cada una y jabón por $1usd. Tienen todo lo necesario para un viaje en familia. Al lado hay un IHOP donde puedes comer, almorzar o desayunar si quieres más. También queda un KFC, Domino's pizza, farmacia. Para nosotros resultó muy buena opción en ubicación y servicios. Cerca a universal parques, seaworld, outlets. Realmente nos vamos contentos y gracias por la atención y servicios. Ahh y hablan español si se requiere.
