Executive perks are not back in service. They offer the $12 good and beverage credit to replace free breakfast, which most of us hate. I used it in a drink at the bar. Rooms are nice and clean. Note: one of the last remaining hotels that still require cloth face coverings. Probably a regional thing.

O estacionamento foi fácil e gratuito. O check-in foi rápido e eficiente. A equipe da recepção foi muito útil. O quarto era muito limpo e eles ainda fornecem um pacote de desinfetante para as mãos na mesa. A cama estava ok. Os travesseiros são muito macios e macios. No geral, eu recomendaria, pois fica a apenas alguns minutos de carro do BWI.

Parking was easy & free. Check-in was quick & efficient. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. The room was very clean and they even provide a packet of hand sanitizer on the desk. The bed was ok. The pillows are too soft & squishy. Overall, I would recommend as it is just a few minutes drive to BWI.

Reservei este hotel através de um site de terceiros ... 1º Eu nunca vou fazer isso novamente. Chego ao hotel tudo corre bem. Meu quarto não foi limpo naquela cama de dia não era feita sem toalhas novas, basicamente nenhuma arrumação, embora um batesse na porta. Quando eu fiz o check-out a senhora na recepção parecia confuso foi para a parte de trás por cerca de 5 minutos sai e diz que está tudo bem. Eu deveria saber que não era. Avançando para sexta-feira, verifico minha conta bancária para ver se me foi cobrado um extra de $ 127 que não estava no meu recibo final. Eu ligo apenas para ser informado "é apenas uma espera, não se preocupe com isso, ele sairá em alguns dias" Considerando que essas cobranças foram depois de meus incidentes, por que eles estão na minha conta. Tenha muito cuidado ao lidar com este hotel e, definitivamente, verifique seu saldo em suas contas, porque eles claramente cobrarão mais e esperam que você não diga nada. EU NÃO!!

I booked this hotel thru a 3rd party site... 1st I will never do that again. I get to the hotel everything goes smooth. My room wasn't cleaned that day bed wasnt made no new towels, basically no housekeeping at all even though one knocked on the door.When I checked out the lady at the desk seemed confused went to the back for about 5 minutes comes out and says everything is fine. I should have known it wasn't. Fast forward to Friday I check my bank account to see that I was charged an extra $127 that was not on my final receipt. I call only to be told "its just a hold dont worry about it, it will come off in a couple of days" Considering these charges were after my incidentals why are they even on my account at all. Be very careful dealing with this hotel, and definitely check your balance in your accounts because they will clearly over charge you and expect you not to say anything. NOT ME!!

À tarde e à noite, a equipe da recepção foi ótima. Café da manhã foi bem feito. Meu quarto era bem decorado. Recebi um upgrade Diamond para suíte pela primeira vez em 3 anos como Diamond. No geral, o serviço foi muito bom. Eu classificaria 4,5 devido às interações com a pessoa da recepção 7am. No geral, não posso reclamar. Eu ficaria lá se encalhado em Baltimore novamente.

Afternoon and night front desk staff was great. Breakfast was well done. My room was well appointed. I received a Diamond upgrade to suite for first time in 3 years of being Diamond. Overall the service was very good. I would rate 4.5 due to interactions with the 7am front desk person. Overall, cannot complain at all. I woukd stay there if stranded in Baltimore again.

A localização do hotel é boa, e era bem limpo, mas o interior precisa de um trabalho sério. Quase todas as superfícies pintadas e todos os móveis do meu quarto (no andar executivo ??) estavam lascados e danificados. O mesmo acontecia com a área do saguão. O bar tinha uma porta de vidro faltando e todas as banquetas estavam danificadas. O lugar inteiro parece cansado. Se a estética é importante para você, este não é o seu lugar.

Do lado de fora, este lugar é lindo. Então toquei no porta-bolsa do carregador. Foi tão nojento. Nosso primeiro quarto tinha tanto mofo no chuveiro que era nojento. Isso me fez ficar à procura de outros problemas. Os lençóis estão manchados. Eles nos mudaram para um quarto diferente e, claro, este chuveiro é tão mofado. Nesta época de pandemia e empresas garantindo ao público que os lugares são mantidos em padrões mais elevados de limpeza, você pensaria que o Hilton de todos os lugares faria exatamente isso. Eu estava nervoso por ficar aqui. Parece que as pessoas amaram ou odiaram. A equipe foi amigável, meu quarto era limpo e a cama era super confortável. A princípio fiquei chateado por não ter uma geladeira no quarto, mas a encontrei dentro de um armário que parece gavetas. Houve uma boa seleção de alimentos, lanches, bebidas, artigos diversos etc. na pequena loja ao lado da recepção que está aberta 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana. Eu não comi no restaurante, então não posso comentar sobre isso. O estacionamento estava bem cheio, mas encontrei uma vaga. No geral, eu ficaria aqui novamente.

Minha filha recentemente se hospedaram no Hilton BWI para uma convenção de dança e acidentalmente deixou seu telefone celular no quarto. Quando ela voltou para casa sem ele e percebemos que não estava em nenhuma parte de suas malas, liguei imediatamente para a recepção para verificar os achados e perdidos e eles estavam muito dispostos a ajudar, mas precisavam me colocar em contato com a limpeza no dia seguinte. Rosa da arrumação foi tão amigável e útil por telefone e fez tudo para nos enviar o telefone com segurança de volta para nós! Estamos muito gratos pela equipe de lá, e recomendo este hotel!

I was nervous staying here. It seems people loved it or hated it. The staff was friendly, my room was clean and the bed was super comfy. I was bummed at first that I didn't have a fridge in my room but i found it inside a cabinet that looks like drawers. There was a good selection of food, snacks, drinks, sundries etc in the little store next to the front desk which is open 24/7. I didnt eat at the restaurant so I can't comment on that. Parking lot was pretty full, but I found a spot. Overall I'd stay here again.

From the outside, this place is gorgeous. Then I touched the bellhop bag holder. It was so disgusting. Our first room had so much mold in the shower it was disgusting. That made me on the lookout for other issues. The bedsheets we're stained. They moved us to a different room and of course this shower is just as moldy. In this time of pandemic and businesses assuring the public that places are kept to higher standards of clean, you'd think the Hilton of all places would do just that. I am so disappointed in the lack of care for the health of their guests. They should hold themselves to a higher standard. If I could give them a negative star, I would

Hotel location is good, and it was pretty clean, but the interior needs some serious work. Nearly every painted surface and piece of furniture in my room (on the executive floor??) was chipping and damaged. The same was true for the lobby area. The bar had a missing glass door and every barstool was damaged. Whole place just looks tired. If aesthetics matter to you, this isn't your place.

My daughter recently stayed at Hilton BWI for a dance convention and accidentally left her cell phone in the room. When she returned home without it and we realized it wasn't anywhere in her bags, I immediately called the front desk to check lost and found and they were very willing to help, but needed to connect me with housekeeping the next day. Rosa from housekeeping was so friendly and helpful over the phone and went above and beyond to ship the phone safely back to us! We're so thankful for the staff there, and would highly recommend this hotel!

Abundância de estacionamento e os quartos são espaçosos!Apenas as críticas foram:O café da manhã não oferece muitas opções alternativas veganas / vegetarianas ou sem laticíniosOs 2 quartos em que fiquei durante meu tempo tiveram alguns problemas menores, como a manivela do chuveiro foi trocada (água fria estava quente e quente estava fria).a porta do quarto da suíte não fechava e um dos controles remotos estava morto, mas estava pregado, então usamos o controle remoto do outro cômodo.

Id rate this 4.75! We had a catered event here and it was fabulous and within budget! Highly recommend! The staff is awesome! Plenty of parking and rooms are spacious!Only critiques were:The breakfast doesn’t offer many if any vegan/vegetarian or dairy free alternative optionsthe 2 rooms I stayed in during my time had some minor issues like the shower handle was switched (cold water was on hot and hot was on cold).the suite’s bedroom door wouldn’t close and one of the remotes was dead but it was nailed shut so we just used the remote from the other room.

Five star service...from shuttle at pick up to check. Toilet backup fixed quickly. Room was very clean and spacious. Cost was reasonable, and lobby was welcoming. Staff was professional and smooth. Shuttle driver on exit was tired but friendly. He made sure I was on his early morning trip. Would stay again and recommend this hotel to co travelers
