Nice interior. The pool was not working and heated so we had to go to the Courtyard next door. We enjoyed the deck view near our room. We went to watch the stars at night too. Hot breakfast was great. Enjoyed the room and kitchen amenities.

We stayed here for 3 nights. It's a great hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Location is nice too. The only disappointment was the breakfast, I felt like there wasn't a great selection. We only had breakfast there one morning... i would still recommend this hotel.

My husband and I stayed here in November for a weekend trip. Overall, we were satisfied with our room and the hotel. The hotel was clean and neat, as were the rooms. The hotel seems to pretty new. Parking is tight, which I think is why they seem to charge for it even though it is a lot. $18 per day is not that big of a deal, so I can't complain about that. The only negative was that there was a weird vibration sound coming from the headboard/walls near the bed that buzzed for most of the night. Annoying if you are a light sleeper. Overall, will stay again (and have booked a room for the spring).

I upgraded from 42K to 57K points per night in order to have a balcony view of the red rock that Sedona is known for. We were very disappointed by the view of the bushes. I would have been completely happy with the value if I didn't pay the extra 30K for the two night upgrade. I asked for a refund of those upgraded points at check out. The front desk clerk said shed talk to her manager. I hope to hear from her manager. This would be a 5 star review if I hadn't been charged additional for a room without a view. Otherwise, the room was clean, comfortable (although sofa bed very uncomfortable), and Sedona was beautiful!

Last minute I booked three separate rooms and two connected which made it feel like a large apartment. The rooms are spacious with living rooms and kitchens that have dishwashers, refrigerator and microwave. The front desk had excellent customer service and was extremely helpful. I had originally booked an Airbnb for my week stay in Sedona but I’m so glad I stayed at the Residence Inn instead. The hotel costs less than the Airbnb I had originally booked and it has a lot more to offer. Includes a full breakfast with lots of comfy seating and served hot food like breakfast sandwiches, Belgium waffles, and even iced brewed coffee with Oat Milk Creamer as an option. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, and laundry room. Looking for a great place to stay away from the uptown traffic than look no further!

Room was very comfortable for a family of 3. Our toddler loves the spaciousness of the studio.Breakfast was a rea treat. So many options and it was all delicious.Will return for a stay in the summer to enjoy the pool.

This newer hotel is comfortable and had wonderful staff. Breakfast is varied each morning. Beds are comfortable and the little kitchenette is so handy. Pool is warm and hot tub is great after a day of hiking.

Alojamiento muy agradable. Piscina climatizada, hoyo de maíz, pozo de fuego que no pudimos averiguar cómo usar, pero estoy seguro de que alguien puede. Bonito diseño de la habitación. Podría vivir aquí por un tiempo felizmente. Acomodações muito agradáveis. Piscina aquecida, buraco de milho, fogueira que não conseguimos descobrir como usar, mas tenho certeza que alguém pode. Boa disposição do quarto. Eu poderia viver aqui por um tempo feliz. Um pouco fora da parte principal da cidade, mas não foi inconveniente, basta pedir transporte na recepção se você não quiser dirigir e eles darão algumas opções. Adorei o chuveiro e travesseiros.

Very nice accommodations. Heated pool, corn hole, fire pit that we couldn’t figure out how to use but I’m sure someone can. Nice room layout. I could live here for a while happily. Little bit outside of the main part of town, but wasn’t inconvenient just ask the front desk for transportation if you don’t feel like driving and they will give some options. Loved the shower and pillows.

Fantastic customer service! Great atmosphere, they even give you bbq utensils. It also has a decent outdoor jacuzzi and free breakfast with offerings of eggs, bacon and assorted pastries. Their coffee is also fresh. Check out the college across the stress for free parking.

Maravillosa estancia. Decidió hacer un viaje navideño de último minuto desde el área de Phoenix y pude reservar una habitación. El personal era amable y alegre incluso el día de Navidad. Tiene una sensación de resort que no es típica de un Residence Inn. Exención de la tarifa de estacionamiento debido a mi estatus de Marriott Ambassador. ¡Espero volver para más aventuras al aire libre!

Estadia maravilhosa. Decidi fazer uma viagem de Natal de última hora saindo da área de Phoenix e consegui reservar um quarto. A equipe foi amigável e alegre, mesmo no dia de Natal. Tem uma sensação de resort que não é típica de um Residence Inn. Isenção da taxa de estacionamento devido ao meu status Marriott Ambassador. Estou ansioso para voltar para mais aventuras ao ar livre!

Wonderful stay. Decided to take a last minute Christmas trip from the Phoenix area and was able to book a room. Staff was friendly and cheerful even on Christmas day. It has a very resort like feel to it which is not typical of a Residence Inn. Waived parking fee because of my Marriott Ambassador status. Looking forward to coming back for more outdoor adventures!

A very comfortable stay! The breakfast buffet in the morning was amazing with Judy keeping everything well supplied. The amenities in the rooms are perfect, everything we needed. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The housekeeping was superb. The fire pit was an extra amenity that was so nice to have after a long day.

Un hotel nuevo y bien decorado, tiene todas las comodidades que necesita, la habitación es lo suficientemente grande, la cocina tiene todo lo que necesita si desea cocinar, incluso tienen una parrilla en el exterior. A nossa estadia no Residence Inn foi ótima. Um hotel novo e bem decorado, você tem todas as comodidades que precisa, o quarto é grande o suficiente, a cozinha tem tudo que você precisa se quiser cozinhar, eles ainda têm uma churrasqueira na parte externa. Amei o área da piscina e a banheira de hidromassagem. O café da manhã era excelente e saboroso. Ótima localização, longe da movimentada cidade alta, tranquila e pacífica.

Our stay at Residence Inn was great. A newer and nicely decorated hotel, you have all the amenities that you need, room is big enough, kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook, they even have a grill outside. Loved the pool area and the hot tub. Breakfast was excellent and tasty. Great location, away from the busy uptown, quiet and peaceful.
