“Wonderful in terms of hospitality. Initially my wife and I had to stand at the check-in counter for 45 minutes due to the rush but as soon as we got to the counter, Mr. Ramy at the check-in was so kind and caring, he understood that we had to wait for long and he offered us the best hospitality. We were absolutely delighted by his kind gestures. Definitely visiting again just because of the excellent customer service by Mr. Ramy at check-in.”

“For the price - unsatisfactory! We had to ask for a room change because of the unclean conditions. The replacement room wasn’t much better. The staff is nice and friendly. The view to the mangroves was the biggest draw. The tent lounge they had by the pool was my favorite place. They had an amazing singing who was on shuffle. They also had the most adorable belly dancer who tried hard to engage the crowd. There were a bunch of water activity provided in kiosks downstairs (not affiliated with the hotel), it would be lovely if they provided visitors with brochures to enjoy them.”
