Great location, safe hotel. Close to lots of restaurants. Their continental breakfast was really good and they changed it up each day. The downfalls to this hotel are the parking. Valet is $55. If you’re there during the week there is the Yard lot which is only $23 per day. I would have given 5 stars but I was woken up each week day by the construction across the street at 7am on the dot. It was very loud even to us on the 9th floor.

As comodidades eram básicas. A academia é pequena, mas estava limpa e os equipamentos pareciam atualizados. O café da manhã era bom. O quarto não tinha mesa e cadeira. A cortina do chuveiro do banheiro não descia até o chão, então a água ia para todos os lugares e o chão ficava encharcado toda vez que tomávamos banho. O bar da cobertura tem uma vista maravilhosa, as bebidas também eram boas. A comida nem tanto.

The location is great for the ball park. Offers free breakfast with lots of variety. Valet right in front of building.All employees were fabulous.Didn't hear anything through the walls. But bathroom was not very clean and tubs were old with stains.Dust and hair all over the floor. The sheets are a hard No for me but I'm picky.They have a very nice fitness center and laundry facilities. Close to so much and very safe. Roof top bar is a must see.

The hotel was in a great area. Endless restaurants to walk to and short walk to the river. Location was great. Staff is friendly. For a Hampton Inn I was impressed, the rooms were modern and very nice. The only down side was the A/C was extremely loud. I have never experienced an A/C unit that loud before. My parents had the same issue with their room. It was very disruptive when trying to sleep. Other than that the hotel was wonderful. If you’re a light sleep definitely something to consider.

The amenities were basic. The gym is small but it was clean and the equipment seemed up to date. The breakfast was good. The room didn't have a desk and chair. The bathroom shower curtain didn't go down to the floor so the water went everywhere and floor was soaked every time we showered. The rooftop bar has a wonderful view, the drinks were good too. The food not so much.

Meu marido e eu ficamos aqui depois de um concerto no Nationals Park. Você não consegue superar a localização se esse for o seu destino, BTW. Ficamos em muitos hotéis do grupo Hilton ao longo dos anos, e este é facilmente o Hampton Inn mais bonito que já visitamos. O quarto era lindo, e muito confortável e limpo. O uso do espaço é inteligente e interessante. Tínhamos toneladas de toalhas e muita água super quente. A equipe foi ótima - fomos capazes de fazer o check-in mais cedo, apesar da intensa corrida. O café da manhã era bastante padrão para as ofertas do Hampton Inn, mas foi bem feito, com muitas opções sem glúten para mim. Obviamente, o hotel está trabalhando com restrições de espaço quando se trata de estacionamento e assentos no lobby para o café da manhã - mas fica no meio da cidade, o que você pode esperar? Fomos capazes de encontrar estacionamento na rua em frente ao lobby, e acabou sendo mais acessível do que o serviço de manobrista. Ao todo, esta foi uma excelente experiência e nós gostamos muito.

My husband and I stayed here after a concert at Nationals Park. You can't beat the location if that's your destination, BTW. We've stayed at a lot of hotels in the Hilton group over the years, and this is easily the nicest Hampton Inn we've ever visited. The room was beautiful, and very comfotable and clean. The use of space is smart and interesting. We had tons of towels, and plenty of super hot water. The staff was great-- we were able to check in early despite the intense rush. Breakfast was pretty standard for Hampton Inn offerings, but it was well done, with plenty of gluten free options for me. Obviously the hotel is working with space constraints when it comes to parking and seating in the lobby for breakfast-- but it's in the middle of the city, what can you expect? We were able to find on street parking directly across the street from the lobby, and it ended up being more affordable than valet service. All in all, this was an excellent experience and we enjoyed it very much.

Bueno...muy limpio...y ordenado ...elnhotel se ve bien y no descuidado....queda un poco lejos de national mall....tardaron más de un mes en devolver el depósito....luego de 3 semanas de ver qué no me habían devuelto 3l depósito llame a el hotel desde mi ciudad de origen...y la persona que contestaba 3l teléfono solo me decía que debía llamar a mi banco...después de insistir finalmente me contacte con el gerente ...el cual me dijo lo mismo y y no me dejaba hablar ...y en dos ocasiones me tiró el teléfono...literal....tuve q volver a llamar y decirle que por favor no me colgará el teléfono y me dejara hablar.....muy grosero y desagradable...que un cliente tenga que soportar ese tipo de aptitudes...finalmente después de casi dos meses me devolvieron.mi depósito.......el hotel no está mal...pero con ese personal jamás volveré.

My friend and I were visiting Washington out of town for a concert. We are both 18 years old and very responsible. We reserved a room for 2 nights through Trip Advisor and had already paid the amount due, however, the receptionist did not let us check in claiming we were not old enough. While company policy does say you must be 21 to check in, most hotels also have the same policy but were a lot more accommodating. They not only refused to let us check in but did not help us in finding a different hotel to stay. They also refused to give us a full refund afterwards.

Melhor do que eu esperava. Os quartos eram espaçosos e limpos. Pegue um quarto com vista para o estádio. Excelentes vistas! Ambiente tranquilo e sensação de aconchego. A equipe foi amigável e acolhedora.Café-da-manhã foi média, abundante. Estacionamento foi de US$ 55/noite mais impostos com manobrista apenas. Há muito do outro lado da rua que era MUITO mais barato e muito acessível. Use-o! A foto do estacionamento do meu andar está anexada a esta revisão. O bar e a grade da cobertura só valem a pena visitar se você quiser apreciar as belas vistas e a atmosfera descontraída. A comida era HORRÍVEL. Era como comer lanches de escola primária no microondas! As bebidas eram extremamente diluídas. Há muitos restaurantes ao lado do hotel para comer. Não perca seu tempo ou dinheiro lá. O restaurante é a única razão pela qual dei 4 estrelas a esta localização.

This place is a wonderful location. The Customer Service at the Front Desk were so Kind & Helpful. Especially Neutral & the other Lady that was working doing my check in & out! I apologize for not remembering her Name🤯. So Caring & Helpful. The Guy who was the Sunday morning as I checked out was a 3 out of 10. He's disposition was very unprofessional! I asked about retrieving our cars from valet and his tone was as if I didn't understand what he was saying. I didn't like him and hope to never have to deal again at any Hilton property! Thanks again Hilton for an Amazing Stay💎

Better than I expected. Rooms were spacious and clean. Get a room with the stadium view. Excellent views! Quiet atmosphere and cozy feel. Staff was all friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was average, plentiful. Parking was $55/night plus tax with valet only. There’s a lot right across the street that was MUCH cheaper and very accessible. Use it! Pic of the parking lot from my floor is attached to this review. The rooftop bar and grille were only worth visiting if you want to take in the nice views and chill atmosphere. The food was HORRIBLE. It was like eating microwaved elementary school lunchables! The drinks were extremely watered down. There are plenty of restaurants right next to the hotel to eat at. Don’t waste your time or money there. The restaurant is the sole reason I gave this location 4 stars.
