“On Oct. 21 we actually stayed at the Courtyard that's connected to this property BUT a staff member was unusually accommodating to our large group when we came in late from a cocktail party. We were sitting in the lobby of this hotel during quiet hours (hotel has some atrium rooms) but the front desk clerk acted quickly and put us in one of the meeting spaces for free. I think it showed that he was able to think on his feet and make everyone happy by not making the guests and THEIR guests leave immediately and by not subjecting the sleeping guests to loud noise. Good job!”

“I’d say 4.4 is the right score here. It is a nice looking place in a quiet, safe neighborhood. You’ve got to drive to get anywhere but it is close to 394 and 169.
I didn’t use the pool but it looked nice (no hot tub). The fitness center was well equipped and in good condition. I ate breakfast in the restaurant (not included in rate…about $18 for buffet) and it was tasty.
Our room was very nice. Comfy pillows and mattress. Clean. Spacious. Didn’t sleep well but I don’t blame the room. Quiet and dark as well.”
