“I am leaving this hotel in about an hour and that our cannot come soon enough. Granted this hotel is not much different than my other Marriott stays. I travel a lot for work and I use the state or veteran rate to do so. Other hotel chains don’t treat those rates differently in terms of the rooms they give you but Marriott sure does (even though I am also a silver elite member which pretty much means nothing) This is just one of many hotel rooms that is dirty, old and rundown, and devoid of anything nice. I don’t even have large towels in my room to shower with. The TV and phone doesn't work. My AC is at 65 and it was hot all night (Im in my 30s). The bath curtain has mold at the bottom of it. And of course I was put right next to the elevator even though I ask every single time not to be. The gym is a match - old, hot and useless. If you are a govt or veteran or even an actual rewards member - don’t bother with this place, it’ll treat you just like the rest. “We had our wedding reception here! And hands down, it was fantastic! Our wedding coordinator, Carli, went above and beyond helping us through the process. We are an out-of-state couple, and they helped us get all the tiny details accomplished! The service was amazing, breakfast was always fantastic. All of our guests loved their stay!
