We were in for a birthday celebration. Our King room was beautiful. Comfy bed, spacious bathroom. Staff was friendly and responsive. We needed a fridge for medication and they brought it right up. Bar downstairs and upstairs had friendly staff and great food options. Room service was a tad slow, but if you use the card to order the night before it shows up right on time. We loved our stay here. Close enough to walk to Broadway, but not on top of the craziness. Convention center is next door. Easy to Uber around. Concierge was very helpful.

One of the most beautiful and classy and clean Westin I have ever walked into. The decorations are so amazing and make the place pop up. Super spacious. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I plan on adding this to location to my next stop since I only got to enjoy it for a day.

High quality hotel in walking distance of convention center and downtown locales including Broadway and the Gulch. Property brings in greenery throughout which is a nice contrast to the leather and wood accents. Everyone from the front desk (Blanca) to the bar (Jenn) to housekeeping are highly professional and accommodating. The rooms are large with ample space to work, a mini bar, and a good size bathroom and closet. The bathroom has full size body gel, shampoo and conditioner and a rain shower as well as a handle sprayer. The fitness center is very large with 2 peloton bikes and a separate room for yoga. The bar and room service have good choices for food, and the rooftop bar is modern but chill. Only weird thing is they do last call early and have everyone leave - like 11 pm on a Sunday night - a little strange. While its not a boutique hotel it does a great job making everyone feel special and looked after.

EDIT: A manager became involved and ended up resolving the situation. It turned the experience around at that point and I updated to 3 stars - if it wasn’t for the inconvenience I would have rated a 4 based on location, rooms, food. Warning anyone interested in this hotel - we booked for a bachelorette party. We had a full itinerary with a pool day on Sat. They closed the pool and would not allow us to use another Marriott pool in the area. Terrible service - the bride is a gold member and Marriott clearly doesn’t care about their customers. Not safe to book due to the poor service to lack of help resolve the situation.

Beautiful upscale hotel for my wife and I. We stayed 2 nights, not a complaint at all . Valet easy, everyone very professional, very very clean! Pool is designed and laid out awesome with late night music and party on rooftop. Pool is rather small though, not a pool for swimming, and honestly kind of a disappointment for how large and luxurious the rest of the hotel is. Not a place for kids, just not enough to entertain them. Thankfully ours stayed with Grandmother for our trip! Would definitely come again , nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed!!!!

The staff was so sweet even in passing. Always said hello and how they could make the stay better. L27 was gorgeous and a lot of fun even when busy bartender talked to us and made us feel like friends. Front desk was helpful and friendly. The room service burger was delicious!!

The hotel is nice but there is not 24 hour room service. I was not allowed to order coffee until after 6 am. Thank is not 24 hour room service. Coffee a beverage that people drink all day long. I couldn’t wait until 6 because I’m here on business. I asked for cream or milk so I could make my own coffee and was told I could..at 6 am. I also had an employee enter my room while changing my clothes. She said she was just checking the room. I’ve most definitely stayed in worse places but for a luxury hotel it’s made things pretty inconvenient and the staff seems unwilling to help.

Had a great experience here! We were starting to get a little worried due to some less than stellar reviews but we were thoroughly impressed all the way around and really enjoyed our visit! We would definitely stay here again!

Can we talk about the view?? Girls weekend could not have been a better experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made our stay so fun! Room service was quick and DELICIOUS. Walking distance from great restaurants, and coffee shops. Highly recommend!

If you ever stay in Nashville, do yourself a favor and stay at The Westin Nashville!!! These people truly understand hospitality! From the time we pulled in yesterday morning everyone has been amazing and genuinely gone above and beyond. Shout out to Jacob who works out front for making it easy on us to load the equipment in and out and made everything we needed happen! The managers who took care of the event we're phenomenal. Big thank you to Michael, Matthew, and Bruce!!!
