“We stayed a week here and we were treated like family. Very nice staff, especially Francesco and Salvatore. They helped us with printing documents for cruise and helped us maneuver around Rome. The breakfast staff was also very welcoming. We love this NH chain. We stayed with them in Venice and Florence also through Costco.”

“The hotel is a bit outdated. The standard guest room is relatively small with quite a tight bathroom - literally barely a space between the door and the sink. The AC unit is also outdated. The restaurant is average at best. There's no bar as well which is disappointing. The only positive for me is the location of the hotel which conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and the Vatican.”
