“Best location to get to Hershey Park and Giant Arena!!! Staff A+ from front desk to maid service. Wonderful waters, decaf teas in lobby. At first I was disappointed no eggs, bacon etc but the breakfast quiche on Sat and breakfast bagel on Sun were great!! All the oatmeal toppings were great also. Did not have a waffle but heard people say they were delicious. Yogurt selections were wonderful also!! Many plusses staying at Springhill Suites.”

“Great location if you're going to Hershey park. The staff was very friendly, very clean and updated lobby/breakfast area.
I was a little disappointed in the room, the beds were not comfortable, and the room was small and outdated.
They are in the process of updating all the rooms in this hotel, so I will give it another chance if I'm going back to Hershey park.”
