My daughter and I went on 3 day vacation from Columbus Ohio to Phoenix Arizona. When we arrived, we had reservation with a different hotel. Those arrangements, did not work out. It was 8am, as you know check in isn't till 3pm. After out plans fell through, we immediately called the Radisson. They not only had rooms available, they also let us check in as soon as we arrived. The front desk staff were really amazing, made us feel safe and important. Also made our check in easy and fast, as we were tired from travel. The room was very clean and neat. I was very impressed with the style and comfort of the room. The hotel also provided breakfast and lunch. There was a bar for relaxing. And a heated pool. There was also a shuttle bus available to the hotel and back to the airport for departure. Very very convenient. Everything was amazing. The stay made our vacation extra great.

Outstanding customer service! Upon arrival we were greeted by Bill who couldn't have been nicer. Their system was down so he couldn't check us in which wasn't his fault and not a big deal. He stored our luggage behind the counter, and sent us to the bar on him. The bar tender, Tom was also great. Very friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were fabulous. Once we were checked in we headed to our extremely clean and comfortable room. This was a last minute booking and we were so grateful for the availability, especially with the Super Bowl a few days away. Highly recommend.

It’s dirty in here. Tables aren’t bus. Shuttle is literally nasty. Woman behind the desk is so. Incredibly. Rude. It’s ridiculous. Rude on the phone and even more rude in person. And they outright refuse to do their job. Update: Fire alarm went off all night long. Contrary to what the website says there’s no complimentary breakfast. Machine in the gym is out of order. The pool is out of order. No laundry facilities. Woke up to standing cloudy yellow water in my sink. Night front desk guys are wonderful though. Day time front desk women still suck.

-Excellent customer service! -Hot tub/jacuzzi is beautiful and warm/hot. Pool is 84 degrees and hot tub was hot! -airport shuttle was friendly, on time, and so easy to schedule and then I rescheduled and there was no issue. --EVERYthing went smoothly here, including eating dinner in Their restaurant. -breakfast buffet was plentiful if you have a buffet included or purchase... fresh fruit and oatmeal with a side of donut were my favorites.... my kiddo liked the eggs and potatoes and boxed cereal. When we first arrived John assisted us and after a long day of travel it was nice to be greeted and checked in with a friendly face and excellent customer service. When we got to the room, everything looked great and we headed to the pool area- it is awesome! In the morning when we were getting ready to leave, I requested 30 minute later shuttle and they made it happen with no issue.... Everything went smoothly and all staff was friendly with us .... the gym is pretty great as well with plenty of equipment...

Clean rooms and decent staff, though I felt little like I was an inconvenience to them every time I asked for something at the front desk. The kitchen/bar staff were really nice and helpful each time I spoke to them though. There's unfortunately nothing of too much interest in walking distance but I can't complain with the convenience of the airport nearby. I also liked the free shuttle to and from the airport. Definitely made coming and going less stressful.
