“Room had a mouldy smell to it, dining table was unusable because of an imbalance that couldn’t be fixed because the base is concrete. Didn’t get an in room menu or do not disturb sign and there was hair and a charger left from the previous occupant/s. Very surprised as other reviews look very positive. Pool and spa were nice but not clean and had small tiles falling off all over the floor.”

“A great apartment hotel in the free tram zone. Was about a 5 min walk to the events centre. Handy for restaurants and sightseeing. Really clean rooms. Pool was a bit dated but pleasant for a quick dip. Would stay here again. We had an issue with our shower that was dealt with promptly and without fuss.”
