“Very nice place. It doesn't even feel your in Guadalajara. This place is a great needs a better AC system kinda nosy and better internet coverage. But I really enjoy the tranquility you find at the hotel.”

“La atención está muy mal, no sé si haya poco personal, en recepción al marcar de la habitación tardaban casi 15 en contestar tras varios intentos En el restaurante el servicio demasiado lento Las habitaciones sucias, encontramos una manzana enlamada y botellas debajo de las camas. Había 2 vasos sucios a la entrada de la habitación. Al llamar de fuera por teléfono muy mala atención. Y en la oficina de ventas, tuve q hacer varias llamas, varios días para poder hablar con el personal y cuando por fin contestó un hombre, quedaron de enviarme un correo sobre sus paquetes, nunca llego. En la disco Memories tardaron mucho tiempo en tomarnos el pedido y aún no pedíamos cuando nos quitaron la carta para llevarla a otra mesa.”
