“Solo doy dos estrellas porque la gente del Bistro es muy agradable. Y la mayoría de la gente de recepción también fue muy amable. Nos alojamos aquí cuatro días y nuestra habitación no fue atendida una vez. Preguntamos varias veces si estábamos en la lista para limpiar nuestra habitación y nos dijeron "sí", pero nunca sucedió. Después de quedarnos con dos niños pequeños, realmente necesitábamos solo una limpieza. Incluso estaba dispuesto a hacerlo yo mismo. Incluso llamé para ver dónde podía llevar nuestra basura y nadie me pudo ayudar con una respuesta.”
