“Very sad.Just got finished a weeks stay here.Let's start with the positive:The lady who organized the breakfast was amazing. This was the first post COVID hotel breakfast that approached what used to be commonplace. Kudos to her.Negatives:The place is dirty and in poor repair. The bathroom was particularly problematic. I know these places are franchises, but does Hilton do any quality control? This place isn't helping your image Conrad. See the photos.The gym had multiple nonoperational machines.The lovely wifi made me reauthorize at least once a day occasionally more.And I was there for 5 nights, with NO.SERVICE.WHATSOEVER. I realize you are shorthanded, but this is absurd.Hotels need to be completely transparent about the level of service, or lack thereof and provide clear guidance as to how to obtain it if necessary.Decidedly not recommended.Response to the owner: If you were really interested, you would have reached out to me. You obviously know who I am and should be able to look that up in your records which would provide contact info. I'm definitely not going to call you ......”

“The accommodations were fine once we finally got a room but the management of our reservation was very poor. We arrived Friday evening, unloaded all of our stuff and were informed that they had overbooked the hotel and we did not have a room. They sent us to another hotel across town. We were part of a group so we missed breakfast with that group the next morning. The hotel we were sent to did not have a complimentary breakfast. The next day when we went to try to check in again there was still no room. We had now been carrying out stuff around with us all day. We had nowhere to change clothes or get ready between activities. Our room did not become available until after 6pm. No discount or compensation was offered even when requested. I have called and left messages twice with management. They have not returned my calls.”
