“La verdad muy decepcionado siendo cliente y dueño de un paquete vacacional con los marriott..la habitación no estaba limpia como se debería. Con falta de utensilios de cocina..en el área de piscina no hay toallas desde la mañana. A pesar que el lugar no esta a máximo capacidad. Y aunque lo reporte desde temprano nadie resolvió nada..piénsenlo bien antes de comprar aqui..”

“Beautiful hotel, just had a few things I didn’t like, first check in and check out time is way too short. They locked us out our room in the morning, when I went to go get my nails done at their spa, it was exactly 10:07 when I got back, had to go to guest services to get another key which was good for 15 mins. This is too strict for a high end resort. Besides that, food could us a lot of work. I would stay for the pool and ambiance and the great rooms, just be prepared for the high prices on goods and food as well as the 4pm check in and 10am check out.”
