“Stayed here for 2 nights. Room was clean, beds okay (scratchy sheets), super tiny bath room which was hard for me to navigate and at 5' 117 pounds that's saying something. Sink was outside the bathroom so maybe that's why the loo area was tiny. Great water pressure but this caused a lot of water to leak out of the shower despite the curtain being drawn close and in the correct position. Breakfast was good, location was convenient for the purpose of my trip. Biggest issue was the lack of hot water twice within the same day. Once is forgivable, the second time within 12 hours is a problem that seriously needs to be addressed. On the second time I called the front desk and she said it's winter so it's harder to keep the water hot?!? It was 34 degrees outside when she said that.”
