Estive neste spa na minha última visita a Taormina. Fiquei no hotel que o hospeda, Nh Collection Taormina. Senti-me mimado pela minha entrada no hotel durante o café da manhã. O restaurante no último andar tem uma vista panorâmica de tirar o fôlego. Inesperado A experiência de spa e piscina com vista para o antigo teatro. A massagem com Federica me fez sentir nova. Altamente recomendado. Todos os funcionários, começando pelo gerente, estão prontos para atender os hóspedes. Não perca o restaurante. O chef seleciona criteriosamente as matérias-primas mais frescas e usa muita criatividade para criar pratos que se baseiam na tradição mas que são revisitados com muita habilidade e com excelentes resultados, conquistaram-me completamente. Uma palavra de elogio para a encantadora sommelier, que se esforçou ao máximo para encontrar o vinho certo para os nossos gostos e foi inestimável em fornecer informações sobre as mais belas praias. .

No geral, um julgamento positivo. Especialmente para a equipe muito gentil e qualificada. Centro de bem-estar excepcional. O café da manhã não é 5 estrelas. O restaurador, apesar da atenção sempre particular, dói-me, não pode ser endossado no menu a ser revisto, como na mise en place e na qualidade do produto acabado. Vamos falar de um 5 estrelas. Mas tudo é coberto com o charme de Taormina sempre presente... Para os estrangeiros .. claro!

The facilities were excellent. The room superbly furnished and equipped. The food excellent. The venue and views from our bedroom magnificent. The setting perfect but above all else the staff were efficent, helpful and kind beyond the calls of duty. I cannot praise this hotel enough.

Comfortable, good location and breakfast but the soundproof is very bad, we could hear all the little noises fromt the hall and this is a very important thing when you’re travelling with a kid, like us.

Mais uma vez, sempre fiquei com você no mesmo período e confirmo o que pude encontrar anteriormente. Taormina no Natal é show!!! O hotel, a poucos passos da rua principal, é impecável, não lhe falta nada, os bons quartos estão equipados com todos os confortos e são limpos duas vezes por dia (cortesia muito apreciada). Senti-me "em casa" graças ao staff sempre presente e disponível, todos muito simpáticos, obrigado a todos, em especial à Dona Lorena que soube nos receber com cortesia e profissionalismo e apoiou (ou suportou) em várias frentes ;-) e meu noivo estará de volta para visitá-lo com certeza.

Estrutura localizada em posição estratégica, perto da rua principal de Taormina. Ficamos em quatro, eu, minha esposa, minha filha de 8 anos e nosso cão cocker, na verdade é um dos poucos hotéis em Taormina que aceitam nossos amigos de quatro patas. Terraço com uma vista deslumbrante sobre o esplêndido mar cristalino, onde também é possível vislumbrar a Calábria. O nosso quarto era muito agradável, com vista para o mar que podíamos admirar das 2 varandas. Banheiro muito grande e limpo e uma ótima cama eu acho, tamanho King, muito grande e confortável. Mas o que mais nos impressionou foi a equipe, muito atenciosa e gentil, nos mimou e nos satisfez em tudo. Gostaríamos também de agradecer de forma especial ao Sr. Ângelo, uma pessoa verdadeiramente especial que ama seu trabalho e passa para as pessoas, sua colega Mônica, sempre muito gentil e na recepção a Srta. Giovanna Morello com quem tivemos conversas agradáveis e a quem gostaríamos de agradecer em particular. Com certeza voltaremos a essa estrutura porque, além do local, o que importa mesmo são as pessoas! Obrigado por tudo.

Passamos alguns dias de verdadeiro relaxamento neste hotel. Toda a equipe é de uma gentileza e atenção digna de elogios. Todos nos sentimos mimados de uma forma segura (nestes tempos de pandemia), bonita e com uma vista de mar que era pura poesia! Também tivemos um cachorrinho conosco que desfrutou de muita atenção amigável de todos os funcionários!

Wonderful experience! I visited 3 days before my birthday and the Hotel team did an amazing job recognizing it.From the time i checked in i recieved complimentary breakfast from Giovanni although i did not choose that option at booking.I book an adventure trip on a TripAdvisor that was overlooked but immediately Valentina stepped in to find other tours that the hotel offer.I had a spa day at the hotel also which i only wish they had an indoor pool/hot tub.Hotel is close to many attraction and shopping in walking distance.Finally when i departed Ms. Giovanni presented me with a ceramic gift for my birthday which mean prosperity and weath. That was the icing on the cake. I LOVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you again staff.

Beautiful hotel, great room, lovely breakfast and amazing view from the 7th floor terrace. Nice and attentive personnel; the customer care lady was super sweet. Big and spacious room, very modern and huge bathroom with double sinks. Dinner at the hotel's restaurant was a MUST, their chef is extremely skilled, in our 2 weeks 8n Sicily, it was the BEST meal we had!!! The only thing we didn't like was the fact that youcan't reserve parking spot, you have to park further (by driving all around the town) and either walk to the hotel or take a shuttle.

Um hotel fantástico em Taormina, perto das principais atrações da cidade. O quarto era espaçoso, com tudo o que se precisa para ter uma ótima festa. O único conselho que posso dar é que, por favor, escolha uma maneira diferente de fazer a cama, especialmente em um quarto com duas camas de solteiro. É preciso muito esforço da sua equipe para fazer a cama, e muito esforço dos seus convidados para desfazê-la, se estiver tudo dobrado embaixo do colchão e gastarmos 10 minutos para puxar os enormes lençóis. Parece ótimo, mas não é prático. As 360 vistas da cobertura do hotel são incríveis e, no geral, a estadia foi fabulosa! Obrigado!

A fantastic hotel in Taormina, close to the main town attractions. The room was spacious, with everything one needs to have a great holiday. The only piece of advice I can share is to please chose a different way of making the bed, especially in a twin beds room. It takes a lot of effort from your staff to make the bed, and a lot of effort from your guests to unmake it, if everything is tucked in under the mattress and we spend 10 minutes to pull the massive sheets. It looks great, but it’s not practical. The 360 views from the hotel rooftop are amazing, and overall the stay was fabulous! Thank you!

El hotel y su ubicación son perfectos, lo que hace tener unas vistas increíbles de la ciudad. Un desayuno fantástico y con un gran repertorio, habitaciones bonitas y realmente cómodas. Pero lo que realmente hay que destacar es al personal del hotel, en concreto nosotros quedamos encantados con Giovanna, estamos acostumbrados a viajar y en ningún lugar nos han trstado con tanto cariño y eficiencia, nos ayudó en todp y más . Una empleada perfecta y además siempre con una sonrisa. De 10. También nos gustaría mencionar a Mónica, del servicio de desayunos, estupenda y muy amable también. Gracias por todo Giovanna!! Has hecho nuestra estancia en Taormina mucho mejor!!

Let's start with the good things: the reception staff is great, very attentive and polite. The hotel is in a perfect location. The rooms are clean and the hotel structure is very well thought. The bad things: rooms are noisy (because of the doors, that have poor noise insulation), breakfast is a shame: you wait half an hour for the waiter to get to your table and another half an hour to get your food, the coffee they serve is instant coffee, the bread is stale, the croissants too). The swimming pool is not cleaned regularly. For the room price they charge, I suggest you look for another hotel.

Es un muy lindo hotel, muy moderno, con amplias y confortables habitaciones, un SPA y una hermosa piscina. Esta a sólo 3 cuadras de la puerta de Mesina, entrada principal de Taormina, ciudad antigua. El desayuno es muy completo y bien atendido.

Bien situado. En la recepción el personal muy atento. La piscina esta muy coqueta. Esta en el primer piso con una buena vista. El desayuno, variado. No eche en falta nada, la sala esta muy bien los camareros muy atentos. Desde la planta 7 hay unas vistas magníficas. Es un buen sitio para unas copas por la noche. El precio esta bien, ajustado. Sube según eel rd Recomendable.
