“Outstanding customer service! Upon arrival we were greeted by Bill who couldn't have been nicer. Their system was down so he couldn't check us in which wasn't his fault and not a big deal. He stored our luggage behind the counter, and sent us to the bar on him. The bar tender, Tom was also great. Very friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were fabulous. Once we were checked in we headed to our extremely clean and comfortable room. This was a last minute booking and we were so grateful for the availability, especially with the Super Bowl a few days away. Highly recommend.”

“My daughter and I went on 3 day vacation from Columbus Ohio to Phoenix Arizona. When we arrived, we had reservation with a different hotel. Those arrangements, did not work out. It was 8am, as you know check in isn't till 3pm. After out plans fell through, we immediately called the Radisson. They not only had rooms available, they also let us check in as soon as we arrived.
The front desk staff were really amazing, made us feel safe and important. Also made our check in easy and fast, as we were tired from travel.
The room was very clean and neat. I was very impressed with the style and comfort of the room.
The hotel also provided breakfast and lunch. There was a bar for relaxing. And a heated pool.
There was also a shuttle bus available to the hotel and back to the airport for departure. Very very convenient.
Everything was amazing. The stay made our vacation extra great.”
