“Escogí quedarme en este hotel por la ubicación que tiene. Me arrepiento mucho de mi elección. La atención al cliente fue terrible, nos dijeron que podíamos llegar un poco antes de la hora acordada, eso hicimos y nos hicieron esperar 5 horas en recepción. Ni si quiera nos dieron la habitación a la hora acordada porque según ellos estaban atrasados. Cuando conseguimos hacer el check in pregunte por instrucciones para estacionar el carro, usar la alberca y conectarme a internet y la persona de recepción solo se molesto en decirme que todo venía en mi papeleo de la reserva. Para el colmo mi habitación era muy vieja y estaba sucia”
