“I'm so torn by this hotel.
The staff is really nice, competent, and legitimately happy to talk to you.
The location is great. The hotel itself is older but very clean and well taken care of.
Parking is pretty ridiculous at $36/night (LA is cheaper).
The beds are by far the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in. Seriously, I spent a decade in the military and had field cots that were nicer.
If I'm going to spend $300+ a night, I might as well stay at a different hotel where I can actually sleep well.”

“Staff is very friendly, hotel is a bit dated but nothing too drastic. Breakfast is pretty good, but could use a bit more variety.
The biggest issue is the parking situation. Be aware that if you bring a vehicle your only option is to have it valet parked at the rate of $40/ night. While the valets do a fine job, this is more expensive than many resorts that I have seen. Self parking for $20/night would be much more reasonable.”
