Quarto era espaçoso e tranquilo. Limpe, exceto o caule da maçã ao lado da pia. Piscina era bom, tinha para nós mesmos, sem banheira de hidromassagem era uma chatice. Café-da-manhã não é ruim, recomendo o hotel ter mais de uma máquina de waffle quando há muitas pessoas querendo um! Espero que a decoração da casa vença!

Room was spacious and quiet. Clean except for the apple stem by the sink. Pool was nice, had it to ourselves, no hot tub was a bummer. Breakfast not bad, would highly recommend the hotel have more than one waffle maker when there are many people wanting one! I hope the housekeeping decorations wins!

Foi o casamento da minha irmã este fim de semana. Era eu, minha esposa, avó e tio. O hotel foi ótimo e muito acessível a piscina foi incrível. O café-da-manhã foi muito bom serviço de quarto foi incrível eles fizeram o que pedimos e foi acima e além do pedido. A equipe da recepção foi excelente e check-in foi fácil. Eles sabem o que estão fazendo e têm ótimas habilidades de atendimento ao cliente. Esta é a minha primeira estadia no Hampton Inn and Suites, se você precisar de um hotel para ficar e estiver na área, esta seria minha primeira escolha.

It was my sister's wedding this weekend. It was me, my wife, grandma and uncle. The hotel was great and very affordable the pool was awesome. The breakfast was very good room service was awesome they did what we asked and went above and beyond the asking. The front desk staff was great and checking in was easy. They know what they are doing and they have great customer service skills. This is my first stay at Hampton Inn and suites if you need a hotel to stay in and you are in the area this would be my first choice.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. One of the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept on in a long time. Staff was friendly and said hello when they walked by. I was very surprised at the room rates very affordable. Will be my first choice when I return to the area.

O hotel é ok, mas movimentado e as áreas comuns, incluindo refeições, não são mantidas ao longo do dia. O carpete da área comum está desgastado e precisa ser substituído. Bar de café-da-manhã foi sub par e não abastecido com comida suficiente. O que comida quente estava disponível era mal preparado e cozido demais. Aveia era boa. Eu fico em Hampton Inns regularmente, e a comida não era típica. Os quartos são bons, e se você tem animais de estimação, eles são bem-vindos. Eu vi mais cães neste hotel do que qualquer outro até agora este ano.

The staff here is absolutely phenomenal; they accommodated our requests, even before we asked for anything; we were upgraded to a suite because we were celebrating a birthday there. Very nice people who care about what they do and to make their guests comfortable, happy and satisfied!

I loved this hotel. It was very clean. Affordable. Staff was always so cheerful and helpful. Breakfast was good. And it was conveniently located around lots of stores. I am glad I found and booked our stay here!

The hotel is ok, but busy and the common areas areas including dining arenot maintained over the course of the day. Common area carpeting is worn and in need of replacement. Breakfast bar was sub par and not stocked with enough food. What hot food was available was poorly prepared and overcooked. Oatmeal was good. I stay in Hampton Inns regularly, and the food was not typical. The rooms are fine, and if you have pets, they welcome them.I saw more dogs in this hotel than any so far this year.

Ótima experiência neste hotel. Muito flexível, o site deles (do lado deles) estava falhando quando reservamos uma estadia de última hora, então, quando aparecemos, na verdade não havia quarto disponível que escolhemos! Mas eles pediram desculpas e nos permitiram ficar em um quarto atualizado! Quarto era muito bom, limpo, espaçoso e confortável! E higienizado com lisol.Vou dizer que o quarto que recebemos era um pouco alto, podia ouvir algo batendo (elevador?) de vez em quando durante a noite.Definitivamente ficaria aqui novamente! Muito obrigado à equipe de trabalho duro.

Great experience at this hotel. Very accommodating, their site (on their side) was glitching when we booked a last minute stay, so when we showed up there was actually no available room that we picked! But they apologized and allowed us to stay in an upgraded room! Room was very nice, clean, spacious and comfortable! And sanitized with lysol. I will say the room we got was a little bit loud, could hear something banging (elevator??) once in a while throughout the night. Would definitely stay here again! Many thanks to the hard working staff.

Eu viajo a cada duas semanas para muitos lugares, fiquei 4 dias aqui e tive que sair para comprar café da manhã porque o que eles oferecem não é adequado para consumir na minha opinião. Não me ofereceram serviço de quarto nem recebi serviço de quarto o tempo todo. A caminhada até o meu quarto foi muito longa depois de trabalhar o dia todo por causa do design do hotel e do acesso ao andar. Não traga um veículo grande porque a garagem tem restrição de altura. O quarto que eu tinha era bom, mas a cama estava afundada. Todos em todos, se você precisa de um lugar para deitar a cabeça, então aqui vai, caso contrário, eu consideraria encontrar outro hotel.

I travel every other week to many places, I stayed 4 days here and had to go out to buy breakfast because what they offer is not suitable to consume in my opinion. I was not offered room service nor did I receive room service the entire time. The walk to my room was very long after working all day because of the hotel design and floor access. Do not bring a large vehicle because the parking garage is height restricted. The room I had was nice but the bed was sunk in. All in all if you need a place to lay your head then here you go otherwise I would consider finding another hotel.
