“This is my 3rd stay at NH Providencia. It’s glaringly obvious that they are still cutting corners to recoup losses from the pandemic. You will be charged for early check in a fee of 25.00 usd.. The lobby restrooms are showing a lot of wear and the lock on the ladies room doesn’t work. The carpets in the hallways needed a good vacuuming andthe rooms had fingerprints high and low on the windows. The breakfast is good depending what day it is. The employees are polite and nice and the hotels location is excellent. It’s just looking a bit tired.”
