“Great of ie for a place to stay. Redone rooms and comfortable. I felt safe walking too and the property but it is a borderline neighborhood.
No breakfast as advertised with the rate and no airport pickup even though my rate had it included. Their answer was to rent a car to get there and parking would be free. OK sure let me spend another $100. Just odd.”

“I booked a vacation package and paid up front for the entire stay. The person at the front desk didn’t know how to get us checked in continuously kept leaving to go ask a manager. It took over 45 minutes to get checked in and I ended up needed to spend an additional $550 in order to get checked in because of the miscommunication and a conflict of policies between Southwest Vacations and Four Points. While dealing with this issue the manager did not come out once to assist or apologize for the issue. It’s also extremely frustrating that they asked me to call Southwest to try and resolve the issue myself. As someone in customer service, if there is an issue due to a conflict between our company and another company I would never imagine asking a customer be the middle man. It’s extremely unprofessional. Then to follow that up telling the customer their only option is to spend more money in order to get checked in is icing on the cake. I’m thousands of miles away from home and on a schedule, if I had more time to deal with that situation I would have 100% decided not to stay here and found another hotel, especially after seeing and smelling the room. The issue continued and was finally resolved during check out after and making several calls to the front desk/guest services and Southwest Vacations. The manager finally made an appearance and told me that I would have to call Southwest Vacations and get a refund from them for the stay or contact Southwest Vacations and have them send the hotel an email with their credit card information, which is against Southwest policy and given to the hotel over the phone the day prior. Save yourself and your sanity and find a better hotel! Town and Country Resort is WONDERFUL and has an extremely helpful and kind staff!”
