“The entire room was covered in dust. Every surface we touched our hands came away with dust. The sheets and blankets were not very clean. The bathroom didn't have any kind of fan/vent system so the room was humid and the windows constantly covered with moisture which diminished the beautiful view of downtown Minneapolis. While the lobby and hallways of the hotel were nice and kept up, the room was a massive disappointment considering the price of the stay. I have stayed in many hotels that were half or less than half the price that were much cleaner. On a positive note the staff were all very friendly.”

“The rooms were spacious and clean, hotel was quiet and cozy, staff was nice & helpful! I guess the only negative thing I have to say is we had just gotten married and asked if there was any special upgrades (champagne, decorations, desserts, etc) for the room but there wasn’t. They did offer us a scenic view though which we got!”
