“Reservar um quarto piso superior, com acesso ao lounge concierge apenas para ser informado no check-in o lounge foi fechado durante todo o fim de semana. Especificamente olhou para um hotel com uma piscina interior, apenas para descobrir a única parte dos ambientes fechados piscina foi as escadas de entrada. Pedidos serviço de quarto, apenas para ser entregue pizzas com crosta pastosa cru. Localização é o único comodidade este fim propriedade alta marca tem indo para ele. Decepcionante para o preço. “Booked a high floor room with concierge lounge access only to be told upon check in the lounge was closed all weekend. Specifically looked for a hotel with an indoor pool, only to find out the only part of the pool indoors was the entrance stairs. Ordered room service, only to be delivered pizzas with uncooked doughy crust. Location is the only amenity this high end brand property has going for it. DISAPPOINTING FOR THE PRICE. Not the Marriott we’ve come to trust. This property’s marketing vs delivered experience borders bait and switch. Avoid.”
