“If I could give it a zero I would. I have heard nothing but excellent things about this place. I was excited to book here.First night in the room I began to itch. I though mosquitos from outside had bitten me. But no one else in the room was bitten. Second night it got worse. I pulled back the sheets and saw bedbugs. I immediately notified the front desk. I just wanted to switch rooms. I over heard them say my kind probably brought them with me. I then left and was charged for my whole stay. They seem to have good ratings but my kind shouldnt stay away!!”

“I called about the possibility of an early check-in. I needed to get ready for an event (do make up, hair and dressing up) for an event early in the evening. I needed to get ready at 12:30pm. I understand they could not guarantee an early check-in but I would have loved to be offered an alternative to just get ready: an office, a bathroom, anywhere for about 20 minutes but it wasn't the case.I called Warwick Denver and they were incredibly accomodating I was able to get ready for my event and stayed a couple of nights to enjoy downtown Denver. Missed opportunity for sure.”
