Hotel muito bom, atendimento a contento e preço justo, principalmente por incluir o café da manhã. Além do mais, o quarto é equipado com uma cozinha americana com geladeira, microondas, rooftop, lava-louças, copos, pratos, talheres e panelas. Tem um Target (supermercado) próximo do hotel e dá pra comprar umas coisas pra jantar e já economiza uma refeição, já que os restaurantes não são exatamente baratos.

The value and location of the hotel are great. The patio on the roof offers great views. The only issue with the hotel is the late check in time and process. We arrived early and were told our room was not ready yet as we were about an hour early so it’s understandable. We had used the app to check in and 4 o’clock came and went with no notification our room was ready. So we had to to go the front desk and there was line in through the lobby. They were prompt to get us a room. I just think their could have been better communication and try to get people in their rooms a little before check in time so the lines don’t build up. They do allow you to leave your luggage at the desk if you get there early. We though it would be delivered to our room once we checked in but you must go back down and claim it. All in all still a good stay, nice spacious and clean room and will return.

Best hotel ive stayed in when visiting boston. The service and quality of the rooms is worth every penny. Its in a great location close to every major attraction you may wanna see when visiting boston

Room was great and no issues. I liked the keyed doorway to the main street. Very convenient to multiple places to get food. Also easy to get groceries if you are interested going that route. Prices will change based on Red Sox schedule.

I actually want to give this hotel a 2.5. It started with valet who watched in silence as I struggled with my suitcases, the lack of welcome in the lobby and the claustrophobic and stuffy room. The cleanliness was fine but the beds very uncomfortable.

It's a nice clean and we'll run residence hotel. The room was spacious with a decent sized kitchen area - I have seen New York City apartments with smaller kitchens then the one I had in the hotel.The room had: Kitchen Sink, large fridge with freezer and ice maker, 2 burner electric Cook top, dishwasher, coffee maker, plus 4 each of glasses, wine glasses, plates, bowls, mugs, and flatware. the room also had both a counter height table and 2 chairs and a desk area. Plus a couch with pull out bed (extra bedding in the closet). The bathroom had a large walk in glass walled stall shower. I appreciated that as it is easier to clean and disinfect than a mildewy shower curtain. The bed was a comfortable king size with both feather and poly filled pillows. The pool on the 8th floor is on the smaller side so don't expect to do laps but it's perfect if you just want to soak in the water for a while or Splash around with your kids. On that floor is also an outdoor terrace with a view of the surrounding City. The room comes with complimentary breakfast which includes cold and hot prepared foods coffee juices and soda. All in all I enjoyed my stay there and would definitely go back.
