A wonderful hotel! The rustic theme of the hotel is appropriate while maintaining a more classy appeal. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making our check in process a breeze, even though we didn't have a reservation. The rooms are clean with a very modern decorating style, and they look to be either recently renovated or well kept. The location is great too, 10 minutes away from the Grand Canyon. Overall, just a great hotel at a reasonable price (at least in the off season).

Amazing, accommodating front desk staff with such positive attitudes. Clean room, beautiful interior decor, so cozy. 100% would recommend & 100% would come back! 20 minute easy ride to Grand Canyon, few restaurants across from hotel as well.

Beautiful, very quiet rooms, clean. Very friendly. Good coffee. Rooms were big and lots of towels! Great service. Loved the gift shop. Food was good. Other places to eat close by. Close driving to South rim. Liked we could leave early morning, drive back afternoon, go back evening. Very nice. Grand canyon is Amazing! Beautiful!!

Very clean and new facility, I thought the nightstand lamp with the phone charger was soooo cool. What a bummer that the restaurant was closed, I had driven for 5 hours and wanted to sit down and eat something decent. Also, wished they served breakfast. I do not think they are overpriced like some of the other reviews say, It is very close to the South rim entrance and the building itself is very modern and comfortable.

This place is AMAZING! Wonderful staff, amazing views, 2 minutes from the South entrance to the park. Pay the little but extra to upgrade to a balcony in the room. It's SO nice to sit outside in the evening after a day of exploring. I can't say enough great things about The Grand Hotel! If we ever travel to that area again, we'll be back!
