We really enjoyed our stay. The room was small, but big enough for our needs. The kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. The staff was friendly and helpful. There's a Cafe near the pool that serves coffee drinks and light breakfast options. There is also a restaurant in the hotel.

We were here for a work show and we stay in the Inn for two night. Everything was good. The backstage restaurant was inside the hotel and the food and the band were just amazing. I was so happy to know they had vegan breakfast. There was also a swimming pool and a spa but they were closed anytime I check. The room was nice and quiet.

This resort is one of my favorites in the area. I've been staying here for years. If you choose this place you for sure won't be disappointed. My stay was amazing because of the night manager, Angelita. She provided over-the-top customer service with a smile and it only continued throughout my stay. The hospitality industry desperately needs more people like Angelita.

The front desk staff was very kind! However, would not recommend this hotel. The first night I had someone try and open my door to come in after which they just sat outside my door for several minutes. There is a lot of street and parking lot noise if you have an exterior room. The rooms are quite run down and I could hear the conversations of the people next room over. I got locked in the bathroom, as there was a defect in my bathroom door that literally made it so someone has to open it from the outside if you close the door all the way from the inside. Additionally, we were woken at 9am by cleaning staff on a Sunday morning, and politely declined their services, after which they came back and knocked again 30 minutes later to offer them again. It felt like we were being pushed to check out early. The pictures look much nicer than the hotel actually is.

All in all a good stay. A Marriott property which is always important when traveling and I have stayed in one of the others in the area and this is way nicer. I had a room with an internal view which was nice. There is an indoor pool which is interesting and it’s right next to the cafe where you can get coffee. There wasn’t a normal hotel breakfast but as a platinum Marriott member you get a discount on Starbucks coffee there. Also know that in the internal area in the evening there are sometimes events which you can hear in your room. They don’t go too late only one happened when i was there and it was done by 9pm. Check in was super easy and so was checkout. There aren’t any suites at this Marriott but that isn’t a big deal in a hotel like this. I would return.

It was a great stay quiet peaceful piece of mind and love that it was across from the Gaylord Opryland Resort Convention Center and Mall.....yes, I will be coming back from St. Louis

Went this past weekend for a quick get away and really enjoyed myself. The Staff was exceptional very pleasant and helpful. I don't recall the ladies name but she was very helpful with my check in and trying to get my soundwaves packet.

This hotel is fantastic. Very clean. Well ran. I would also like to mention the lady that works at the front desk. She is very professional and helpful. A big thank you to her for how great she is at her job. Ill be back to this hotel again. 👍

I would have to say that my experience here was probably the best I've had in a very long time. The staff were just amazing and went above and beyond for my family. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. And my room was remarkably perfect! So much room and the extra space was much appreciated after a long day of shopping! Can't wait to stay again.
