“Popped into Phoenix for 2 days on a business trip and stayed here since it was so close to the airport - just a 5 or 6 minutes ride. They do have a shuttle but you have to call and wait for it to come get you which wasn't the big deal.
The building is aging and much of the common areas are dark and dated but reasonably well maintained. The rooms were okay, not quite as clean as I would typically see but not bad enough to request a change. And the bistro was pretty limited while I was there but all the hotel staff were fantastic.
Definitely not the place I would take my family on vacation but if I head back out to Phoenix for a short business trip again, I would consider it.”

“Our room walls must be made of paper. Could literally hear so much noise through the walls. Could easily hear conversations in the next room. The bistro is very costly. Drinks $5-6 each. Nice staff though. The hotel could use some upgrades, but clean.”
