“Minha filha estava se formando na faculdade na área, então reservei um quarto aqui. Ao reservar o quarto, perguntei se havia uma piscina e me disseram que sim, há uma piscina coberta. No site, afirma que há um microondas e geladeira no quarto. Na chegada, havia apenas uma geladeira, mas nenhum microondas. Minha neta queria ir para a piscina, então depois dela, minha sobrinha e sobrinho se vestiram, ligamos para a recepção para perguntar sobre a localização da piscina e nos disseram que não havia uma piscina nos últimos 5 anos. Eu tinha um evento para participar com minha filha, então liguei para o hotel enquanto estava fora para perguntar sobre o microondas que deveria estar no quarto e me disseram que me trariam um. Ao voltar para o quarto (foto fornecida), foi isso que me foi fornecido. Parece que eles o tiraram de uma sala de funcionários ou algo com amassados por toda parte. A 2ª noite o cabo saiu e não voltou (fotos fornecidas). Liguei para a recepção e foi-me dito que eles tinham chamado para o reparo. Para impostos e taxas, foi cobrado o mesmo valor de outra noite de estadia (US $ 466 por 2 noites) (fotos do quarto fornecidas).Eu tinha família em outro quarto, que eles não tinham ar condicionado. O hotel tinha reparado, o que funcionou por algumas horas e depois voltou, no entanto, eles tinham cabo durante toda a estadia.Nem 1 vez recebi um pedido de desculpas por qualquer um dos inconvenientes da equipe do hotel. Tentei mais uma vez resolver todos os inconvenientes no check-out. Naquela época eles se ofereceram para comp meu estacionamento que eu não tinha um carro lá, então eu pedi que eles comp minha família com o quarto que não tinha ar condicionado. Eles fizeram isso por eles.A equipe agiu como se todos os problemas acontecessem regularmente, pois são rápidos em responder sem verificar nada.Eu nunca ficaria em outra Double Tree qualquer coisa. Não recomendo este hotel em hipótese alguma.”
