The location U I did not like the lady at the desk she had a huge attitude. She disrespected me in my family. I will never stay at the Hilton again due to her laziness and inconsiderate actions

The staff was very nice I went to take a shower and the handle fell apart on me.I layed down to watch t.v.and grabbed remote and it was all sticky and actually stuck to my hand. I didn't have a microwave and when I opened my curtains I was starring into other people's rooms

The beds were very comfortable. You have to park across the street in a parking garage for an additional $21. I would not have booked this hotel if I had known.

The location. It took the staff 45 minutes to get a room ready for us to stay in, we arrived around 9:10, and did not enter our room until 10:00. The air conditioning was very poor, and the room was at about 74 degrees the entire stay, so we did nothing but sweat:

Manager was very kind. Beautiful room. Well designed. Close to grocery store. And movie theater. The hotel seem to have a policy to Not clean room because of Virus. I was there 6 days . Not the way to spend my Honeymoon cleaning my own room.

It is located downtown We found blood stains and what looked like a urine stain on our blankets, our room didn't have a remote and they brought us an extremely dirty/sticky remote, and the ac didn't worK.

I like that the staff was very friendly, and the hotel was in the midst of the downtown area allowing me to walk around sightseeing without straining far away. The lobby was very clean, I also liked the security of the hotel. I didn't like that I have to leave the hotel to get to my vehicle which I had to park in another building due to the lack of available parking. There should be another way to get to our vehicles without going outside.

Everything, per my daughter, Megan Johnson. I, Curman Johnson, booked and paid for hotel room. She needed rest and relaxation, as she has been stressed. She felt more relaxed and focused on the journey before her. IT WORKED!!! Nothing that she relayed to me. She was more than satisfied with all aspects.

Front desk was kind. Not a 4 star room. All linens and carpet were stained. Nothing stocked.Shower and sink didn't drain.Bathroom full of cigarette smoke. Light and fan didn't work. Hair and dirt on linens. Dead bugs and spiders on floor. All furniture dusty and beaten up.

Parking was very convenient. Room had not been cleaned had to go back down to the desk and get another room. Cars drag racing in front of hotel all night long.
