“We were given a room, floor 9 of 10, at 1pm instead of the standard 4pm check in. The bell hop and woman at check in were extremely courteous and friendly. Complementary bottles of water at redemption (not the 8$ bottles of Fiji in the room). Good size room and bath. The one small downside was the double beds, although comfortable, were a small for 2 adults. Not much space for folded clothes for a family of 4. One of the 2 elevators was out of service and so made for longer than normal wait times and many stops. Good location with cafes and restaurants around.”

“Nos foi dado um quarto, andar 9 de 10, às 13:00 em vez do check-in padrão 16:00. O bell hop e mulher no check-in foram extremamente cortês e amigável. Garrafas de água complementares no resgate (não as garrafas de 8$ de Fiji no quarto). Quarto e banheiro de bom tamanho. A pequena desvantagem foi as camas de casal, embora confortáveis, eram um pequeno para 2 adultos. Não há muito espaço para roupas dobradas para uma família de 4 pessoas. Um dos 2 elevadores estava fora de serviço e por isso fez com que os tempos de espera mais do que o normal e muitas paradas. Boa localização com cafés e restaurantes ao redor.”
