“I don’t usually leave tough reviews but there’s a point when you KNOW people that work for a company could care less about your experience and concerns and I can honestly say that there was absolutely no effort nor care towards my stay here from the receptionist. First situation: The smell! I was given a room on the 3rd floor and from the moment I walked into room 318 there was an unbelievably horrid smell!! As a man I honestly chalked it up to it just being the old carpet. The room had amazing space and all the appliances you could think of so I just felt like maybe the hotel was recently renovated but they never removed the old fabric (carpet/curtains) from the rooms. I slept there my first night and just bought some air freshener for my second night. When I notified the front desk of the smell they simply said they’ve never had a complaint and “can you deal with it for the night”. No effort in trying to see what I was talking about or try to get me another room. It wasn’t until I called them from the room and told them to please find me another room that they did it. Second situation: Stealing/Lying! I checked out of my room Saturday morning (around 8:30am) and went to work. It wasn’t until my meeting ended around 3pm that I realized I forgot my health supplements in the refrigerator there. I called and gave them BOTH rooms I stayed in and asked them if they found anything in the fridge. I KNOW I LEFT IT THERE!!! They lied stating the fridge was empty and nothing was found. Blatant lie!!! I would be so satisfied and understanding if they told me “we did find stuff in the fridge but unfortunately due to covid we are advised as a company to immediately disregard and trash these items. I’m sorry”. My issue was not about the items but the blatant lie because I know they never at least tried to go and look for it in both rooms they just told me “no” to get off the phone. I wouldn’t have made this review at all solely based on the smell but I know that they need better handling of customer service situations.”

“Estado en este hotel 2 veces! La primera estuve 15 dias y ahora estuve por 21 dia es uno de los mejores hoteles! Es limpio la limpiesa lo hacen cada 8 dias pero de echo to no pido servicio! Me gusta lavar todo para no estar cambiando de toallas y sabanas! Me encanta q nadie se mete con nadie te sientes libre es como estar en tu casa! Me facina la picina y el pequeño jacuzzi!!! Si es un poco ruidoso pero por algo es familiar 😁y de repente puede salir un amargado que le moleste los perros oh los vecinos pero eso ya es gente amargada bueno yo digo pero si quieren estar como en casa este hotel es mas q perfecto”
