“Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Absolutely top. Wonderful location with all main attractions being within walking distance. The room we had was lovely and the staff so pleasant and helpful. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. I also recommend the pick up service from the airport which at 55 euros was good value...50 euros for the return. All in all as nice a hotel as I have ever stayed in. The only minor criticism are the bar prices but complimentary Prosecco on arrival with a lovely gift of olive oil and pasta in a presentation case together with complimentary bottles of water and free cocktails for H10 members more than balance this. Highly recommend 👍🙂 No puedo recomendar este hotel lo suficiente. Absolutamente superior. Maravillosa ubicación con todas las atracciones principales a poca distancia. La habitación que teníamos era preciosa y el personal muy agradable y servicial. El desayuno buffet fue excepcional. También recomiendo el servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto que a 55 euros fue una buena relación calidad-precio... 50 euros para la vuelta. En general, es el hotel más agradable en el que me he alojado. La única crítica menor son los precios del bar, pero Prosecco de cortesía a la llegada con un hermoso regalo de aceite de oliva y pasta en una caja de presentación junto con botellas de agua de cortesía y cócteles gratis para Los miembros de H10 más que equilibran esto. “As indicated from the response by guest services, this hotel cares more about their bottom line than about repeat loyal customers.Based on my experience I will not book with them on my next trip and will advise my international traveling colleagues to not book here.Cannot recommend based on issues experienced and a penalty of almost $300 for no proof of cancelling a duplicate booking.I tried to explain that I did attempt to cancel at least one month in advance but either deleted the email proof of cancellation or never received it.Had I known the cancellation did not go through I would have certainly called to confirm.I stayed 6 nights and each issue I had took 2 requests before being resolved. The issues were 1) no heat in the room for the first 2 nights, 2) unable to use the hair dryer for 2 nights because it had a very small cord and kept pulling out of the wall socket, 3) no internet for 2 nights and no explanation as to why, and 4) housekeeping only brought clean glasses when asked on 5 night’s stay and when I did ask she took 2 glasses from another room and hand washed them in the bathroom sink. Not exactly what I was expecting when asking for clean glasses. Additionally, I booked a month in advance and requested a higher floor or in a quiet location but this was apparently ignored.I would have overlooked all of the above and given a higher rating if the hotel was not ultimately dismissive of my trying to explain that I did cancel the duplicate booking at least a month in advance. I might be able to understand had I not stayed at the hotel at all but I paid for 6 nights. My first booking was cancelled due to uncertainty about the location and was done through their website which I encountered many problems and called their main number at least 3 times for assistance. I later made a reservation again for the same dates and same room. I would expect to be given the benefit of the doubt since I stayed and paid for 6 nights but the response from the hotel front desk was a flat no we won’t refund the penalty. The email they gave me to try and resolve the matter was just an email back to them at the front desk. So due to all of the above, I would NOT recommend staying at this hotel and will not return.”
