“Nice hotel and has been kept up to date over the years. Room was clean. Staff seemed fine and price wasn’t too bad. The fitness center was nice, clean and everything was working. The pool was nice, water was warm. The only downside was they got rid of their hot tub which was a big disappointment. When I asked the desk was told that it had to do with ground water seeping up into hot tub. Would be nice if they could out in a raised tub of some type. Other guests there were also disappointed. However the resort was nice outside of that.”

“At first this seems like a nice hotel. The outside and lobby are pretty and the staff is friendly, then you get to the room. We were placed on the 1st floor which is fine, but the second we opened our door we were hit with a very strong black mold odor. The room appeared clean enough but it had some of the worst workmanship I've seen in a hotel. The wallpaper looked like it had been applied by someone who had never done wallpaper before and it was peeling in several places; there were cracks in the ceiling in the wonky bathroom; the paneling around the sink was falling off. Between the mold smell and the uncomfortable bed, my husband barely slept and we both woke up with bad allergies from the mold. The room is also windowless except for one awkward sliding glass door that opens up directly to an event space that was actively being used so we just had to keep the curtains closed our whole stay. My only positive comment about the room was that the pillows were nice. The cost of the room when we stayed was nearly double than the majority of hotels I have stayed at, including ones in D.C., and they were all much nicer and a much better experience than my stay here. We even had a wedding block price. There is zero reason why we should have been charged what we were for the night for that disgusting, C-class room. We did complain to the front desk and they just said they would let someone know. That is it. I will never stay here again.”
