“Checked in around 4 am after searching in town without luck on other hotels that were booked. Paid $270.00. The room was big, spacious, without an odor, ac worked well. The shower tub was high to step in, and very slippery with soap. The beds needs to be replaced definitely, very worn mattress. Felt like we we're sleeping on a air mattress with a pillow topper. The free breakfast was the best part of our short expensive stay. Upon check out I was asked about how our stay was, I was honest. The check-out girl said she would report this to the manager to receive a refund for stay, haven't gotten a call in 48 hours.”

“Desk staff was rude when they were having trouble trying to run my credit card. They kept showing it was invalid but never had an error code come up in the system. After talking with my cc company...there was no issue i asked to see the manager. The manager would not come out and talk with me. I would have changed hotels immediately but due to our company policy I could not. I had to call Marriott corporate reservations and explan my situation. That was my own decision to call corporaye...but the local office offered no other suggestions or ways to help resolve the matter. Corporate accepted my card and had no troubles running it. She said she would notify the local staff that all was fine. That was done. Out of fairness...it was on cyber Monday. But as far as local staff there was no apology. 24 hour coffee never existed either. I really am appalled by the care less attitude but the West Palm staff. I am both a marriott and hilton honors customer. I can tell you I have never been treated that way in any of the Hilton properties. I was floored by Marriott...this time. I am in a service industry nationwide. Our company is removing this particular hotel out of our choice s based upon the careless attitude regarding service and hospitality.”
