The manager here is incredible. She goes above and beyond to make sure that her guests feel welcome. The beds are super comfortable, the rooms are clean and roomy. Would recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in the Nashville airport area!

As a person who travels frequently, this place blows all hotels out of the water. Not only are all the hotel rooms immaculately clean, but the staff is unbelievably sweet and caring. They go above and beyond and always make sure the guests are taken care of. Tonya is literally unbelievable and will make you feel like she is a part of your family. I can't tell you enough how much these people make me feel loved.

I freaking love this hotel!! I've been here a few times and it's always clean and professional. TONYA IS THE BEST HOTEL MANAGER I'VE EVER MET IN MY LIFE!! She's so fun and professional and she gives me MOTHER vibes. Shane at the front desk is also really nice and professional!!! This is my go to hotel whenever I come to Nashville!!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about The Element. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel like you’re at home. Everyone who works there is so kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious with a nice kitchen area. They have a great fitness center. The outdoor patio and pool area are really nice. The breakfast is good. I always enjoy my stay there.

I absolutely love this hotel, the beds are heavenly. The rooms are perfect for all your home away from home needs. Great pool with lots of sunlight. If you feel like grilling out they have that too. The Element has one of the best hotel staffs in the industry. If you need anything at any time ask for Tonya she is amazing!!!!!
