“Great hotel, clean and friendly staff. The lobby seating area is very good. Spacious comfortable and plenty of seats to relax and people-watch. The rooms are fantastic, modern and functional. Love the rooms. Great gym and massive swimming pool. All in all I was very happy with the accommodation. My only disappointment is: the breakfast is underwhelming and the staff doesn't seem to be attending the guest as well. The club regency area is small and extremely overpriced for what it offers.”

Absolutamente uma das melhores experiências e as vistas são incríveis, embora estivesse nublado o tempo todo. A equipe foi muito simpática e foi acima e atrás para me fazer sentir como se estivesse em casa. Há restaurantes e mercados onde você pode comer dentro e ao redor do hotel. Há também uma trilha ao lado do hotel que é uma grande vantagem para queimar algumas calorias ao ar livre. O estacionamento é um pouco complicado porque é uma garagem pública. Recomende fazer o pré-pagamento do hotel por US$ 17 a cada 24 horas, se você planeja entrar e sair da propriedade com frequência. Caso contrário, você será cobrado cada vez que estacionar lá. Além disso, estacione no nível 1 ou A, onde você pode chegar diretamente ao hotel sem ter que sair andando, especialmente quando está chovendo. Definitivamente voltará durante o verão e experimentará alguns de seus eventos ao ar livre, como caiaque, festa com a banda etc.

Love the expansive lobby and staff! Will go again even for staycation. Parking free for first 2 hours and after 8pm. Valet is reasonably priced.

Absolutely one of the best experience and the views are amazing although it was foggy the whole time. The staff was very friendly and went above and behind to make me feel like I was at home. There are restaurants and marketplace where you can grab food in and around the hotel. There is also a trail right next to the hotel which is a huge plus to burn some calories outdoor. The parking is a bit tricky because it is a public garage. Recommend to do the hotel prepaid at $17 for every 24 hours if you plan on driving in and out the property often. Otherwise, you will be charged each time you park there. Also, park at the 1st or A level where you can get to the hotel directly without having to walk outside, especially when it is raining. Definitely will come back during the summer and try some of their outdoor events like kayaking, party with the band etc.

We really loved staying here. The rooms are really nice and the view is awesome. Staff was very nice. Very clean environment and they make safety a priority. I always enjoy staying at Hyatt hotels and this one was top notch!!!🤗👌

NYE estava super ocupado, mas tínhamos uma reserva e não tivemos problemas para conseguir uma mesa. A comida era incrível e nosso servidor muito amigável. Voltamos mais tarde à noite para o Watertable para bebidas e não pudemos ser servidos, mas como eu disse, eles estavam super ocupados. O quarto era incrível e tinha uma vista linda. Como sempre tudo foi perfeito.

NYE was super busy but we had a reservation and we had no problem getting a table. The food was amazing and our server very friendly. We went back later in the evening to the Watertable for drinks and couldn't get served but like I said they were super busy. The room was amazing and had a beautiful view. As always everything was perfect.

Durante a pandemia, as viagens eram limitadas, não só isso, mas as pessoas estavam com muito medo de ir a qualquer lugar. Vir aqui para este hotel foi o nosso refúgio perfeito longe de casa. Adoramos o terraço do lado de fora do quarto, é um deck inteiro e tivemos que convidar amigos e curtir uma boa companhia com uma vista linda. Nos fins de semana de verão eles têm bandas ao vivo no domingo, assim como um pequeno mercado ou pessoas que montam estandes. É muito divertido e um local relaxante e um portão de distância do parque.

During the pandemic traveling was limited, not only that but people were too scared to go anywhere. Coming here to this Hotel was our perfect get away from home. We loved the Terrace outside our room, it's a whole deck and we got to invite friends and enjoy good company with a great view. On the weekends in the summer they have live bands on Sunday as well as a little market or people who set up booths. It's quite fun and a relaxing location and a gate away from the park.

Este hotel tem tanto potencial - a localização, o restaurante Water's Table e algumas comodidades (o chuveiro) são fenomenais. O que não foi fenomenal foi literalmente todo o resto. Viemos para um fim de semana relaxante (2 noites)… Na primeira noite, quando fechamos as cortinas, descobrimos um espesso resíduo marrom / vermelho espalhado sobre elas. Chamamos a recepção e eles nos colocaram com urgência em uma nova sala (mesma sala exata, 1 andar para baixo); estávamos dispostos a ignorar isso, entendendo que as cortinas podem passar despercebidas no processo de limpeza. Assim que entramos no segundo quarto, imediatamente notamos manchas na roupa de cama; como eram pequenos, não reclamamos. Por volta das 12h30, enquanto dormíamos, nosso alarme de incêndio começou a tocar a cada minuto mais ou menos; ligamos para a recepção, que imediatamente enviou manutenção para consertar. Acontece que eles tiveram que substituir a unidade inteira, não apenas as baterias. Demorou 45 minutos enquanto a parede de gesso caiu sobre a cama enquanto eles a substituíam; eles não limparam, mas estávamos tão cansados que apenas limpamos e voltamos a dormir. No entanto, descobrimos um grande buraco na lateral dos lençóis (o que não é grande coisa, era na lateral, não na cama real) E um lençol não ajustado de tamanho pequeno na cama, então nossos pés estavam diretamente sobre o colchão . Não tenho certeza por que eles não são capazes de fornecer roupa de cama adequada, mas é muito frustrante depois de já ter sido transferido de outro quarto. Eles ofereceram $ 100 de desconto em nossa estadia, mas no geral, não acho que isso compensa o descuido deste hotel.

Ótimo hotel, pessoal limpo e amigável. A área de estar do lobby é muito boa. Espaçoso, confortável e com muitos assentos para relaxar e observar as pessoas. Os quartos são fantásticos, modernos e funcionais. Amei os quartos. Excelente ginásio e piscina enorme. Apesar de tudo, fiquei muito feliz com o alojamento.Minha única decepção é: o café da manhã é nada assombroso e a equipe não parece estar atendendo o hóspede também. A área de regência do clube é pequena e extremamente cara pelo que oferece.

This hotel has so much potential - the location, Water’s Table restaurant, and some amenities (the shower) were phenomenal. What wasn’t phenomenal was literally everything else. We came for a relaxing weekend (2 nights)… The first night when we closed the curtains, we discovered a thick brown/red residue splattered over them. We called the front desk and they urgently put us in a new room (same exact room, 1 floor down); we were willing to overlook it understanding that curtains may get overlooked in the housekeeping process. As soon as we entered the second room, we immediately noticed stains on the bedding; since they were small, we didn’t complain. About 12:30am while we were sleeping, our fire alarm started chirping every minute or so; we called the front desk who immediately sent maintenance up to fix it. Turned out, they had to replace the entire unit, not just the batteries. It took 45 minutes all while drywall fell onto the bed while they replaced it; they didn’t clean it, but we were so tired we just wiped it off and went back to sleep. However, we then discovered a big hole in the side of the sheets (no big deal, it was on the side, not the actual bed) AND an undersized non-fitted sheet on the bed, so our feet were directly on the mattress pad. I am unsure why they are not able to provide proper bedding, but it’s quite frustrating after already being moved from another room. They did offer $100 off our stay, but overall I don’t think that makes up for the carelessness of this hotel.

Maravillosas instalaciones haciendo más cómoda la estancia de los huéspedes, almohadas exquisitas que te invitan a tener un descanso memorable. La cama deliciosa, el baño siempre limpio. La atención en la recepción fue increíble sin embargo no puedo decir lo mismo del bar; dónde sin duda alguna no fui bien atendida y claramente la hostess mostró su incomodidad mediante lenguaje no verbal. La comida regular y el desayuno siempre pésimo. Aún así pesa más lo bueno, el hotel tiene acceso a un parque y una maravillosa vista al lago Washington. A 5 minutos caminando o en carro hay una plaza que ofrece diversos comercios para compras, diversión y restaurantes de variados menús.
