Muito bom hotel. Atendimento impecável, recém reformado, ambiente descontraído, localização ao norte da cidade, fugindo um pouco das ruas mais badaladas mas numa região muito boa, com ótimas opções de restaurante e passeios.

Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location. Marriott gives off a bad vibe with a $7.50 bottle of water in the room and an admonishing label that I will be charged if it is opened. Unwelcoming and shameless Marriott - and laughably out of touch for a hospitality business. Looks like a fairly new hotel but there was a loose light fixture in the room and a loose power outlet. The lights next to the bed actually require you to sit up and reach way up to find the well hidden switch, a bizarrely bad design. Simple and roomy bathroom. Appreciate the wall mounted toiletries vs small disposables. Water glasses are a silly stemless wineglass - not so great for a stable glass of water by the bed at night. What’s up with the water issues Marriott?? Comfy linens and towels. Spring mattresses - meh. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Localização conveniente. This hotel was fantastic! The staff was incredible upon checkin and checkout, they gave great local recommendations, were friendly and personable, and they were very accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we had a great view of the city skyline. The hotel was in perfect walking distance from most of the city’s highlights (Chinatown, Beacon Hill, Boston Common, etc).This hotel has valet parking which was a bit expensive, but we thought it was worth it rather than the hassle of street parking. They also offer luggage storage if you need it. Lastly, while it’s in the city, it’s very close to the airport, so it was very convenient. Este hotel foi fantástico! A equipe foi incrível no check-in e check-out, eles deram ótimas recomendações locais, foram amigáveis e gentis, e eles foram muito confortáveis. O nosso quarto era limpo e confortável, e tivemos uma excelente vista do horizonte da cidade. O hotel estava a uma curta distância da maioria dos destaques da cidade (Chinatown, Beacon Hill, Boston Common, etc).Este hotel tem estacionamento com manobrista que foi um pouco caro, mas achamos que valeu a pena em vez do incômodo de estacionamento na rua. We stayed here for a concert at the Garden and the location was perfect! You could see the Garden from our hotel room and the hotel itself was extremely clean and very cozy! The front staff was so inviting and I would like to singleout Tony and say his presence alone was enough to make us want to come back again! He was a ray of sunshine and made us feel so welcomed and comfortable! I highly recommend staying here! Can’t wait to come back Ficamos aqui para um concerto no Garden e a localização era perfeita! Você podia ver o jardim do nosso quarto de hotel e o próprio hotel era extremamente limpo e muito aconchegante! A equipe da frente foi tão convidativa e eu gostaria de destacar Tony e dizer que sua presença por si só foi suficiente para nos fazer querer voltar novamente! Ele foi um raio de sol e nos fez sentir muito bem-vindos e confortáveis! Eu recomendo ficar aqui! Mal posso esperar para voltar

This is an upscale courtyard kitty corner to the TD Garden where the Bruins and Celtics play. Easy walking distance to the T and area restaurants. The front desk and Cafe staff were very attentive to our needs. This was the first Courtyard that I know of that had a full kitchen. I don’t think it was very large and the menu was very similar to the other Courtyards but they actually had french fries here and they were quite tasty. There are 14 floors, with the top two considered penthouse rooms. We were on one of these floors, but they didn’t look too much larger than when I would consider an average room. But the views are definitely better. We will definitely stay here again should we return to Boston. Este é um canto de gatinho de luxo no pátio do TD Garden, onde os Bruins e os Celtics jogam. A uma curta distância dos restaurantes T e da área. A recepção e a equipe do Café foram muito atentas às nossas necessidades. Este foi o primeiro pátio que conheço que tinha uma cozinha completa. Eu não acho que era muito grande e o menu era muito parecido com os outros Courtyards, mas eles realmente tinham batatas fritas aqui e eram muito saborosas. Existem 14 andares, com os dois primeiros quartos considerados penthouse. Estávamos em um desses andares, mas eles não pareciam muito maiores do que quando eu consideraria um quarto médio. Mas as vistas são definitivamente melhores. Nós definitivamente ficaremos aqui novamente devemos voltar a Boston.

Exemplary hotel with amazing service. We were greeted by Tony and what a greeting. He is an outstanding employee with the most magnetic personality. It was a joy every time we saw his face. His customer service skills are so on point. Breakfast at the bistro was DELISH!We were in town for a wedding and even ended up staying a couple of extra days to explore the city. I think every time we were entering or exiting the hotel, someone was cleaning and that made us feel even more at ease. Thank you for the awesome experience.

Hotel prices in boston have gone up and this place seemed like a great value.Its 3 stars and iinitially thought it should be 4 stars. Issues-fridge only works 2 hrs at a time. Bathroom, while newish/modern had a bit of black mold,our sheets had holes in them and it took 2 days to get fresh ones. Hotel could be 4 stars if the cleaning staff improve. Management needs to inspect rooms. Until then the 3 star rating is deserved.

The heat in my room did not work and the temperature in my room was 66 F. I was freezing. The front desk could not switch my room nor could they fix the issue. They brought up extra blankets and there was a blood stain on one of extras they delivered. The food downstairs was also really bad. I cried the first night because it was so awful and I was freezing. I’ve never stayed at a courtyard before and always thought they were low class. Now I know I why. I truly feel I should have been paid money to stay at this establishment. If you want good service and a comfortable stay…stay elsewhere.

I couldn't have been more pleased with everything at this hotel. I was even happy to pay the astonishing $53 for parking!The service - Stellar! We called ahead to make sure our room was available as we were coming up on 8hrs in the car. The front desk staff told us not to worry, that they'd fully take care of us, all we needed to do was to relax and get there. They were so warm and helpful when we walked in. Love that the staff, from the front desk to the bartenders to the maintenance folks, we're all wearing smiles and ready to joke around with our kids!The location - can't beat it!The premises - spotless and inviting!The room - smelled nice, super clean, inviting and just the right temp!Kudos to all of you. The owners and management should be proud. Our stay in Boston was made perfect due to you all. Eu não poderia ter ficado mais satisfeito com tudo neste hotel. Fiquei até feliz em pagar os surpreendentes US$ 53 pelo estacionamento!O serviço - Estelar!
