Novo, limpo e moderno, quartos espaçosos internet razoável e café da manhã simples.Mas para HHonors Diamond é decepcionante, neste hotel nenhum dos benefícios são honrados, as vantagens das informações cadastrais e cartão de credito “on file” também não funcionam, seja no check-in ou out.Ou seja, nada de serviço expresso, ou atendimento prioritário. Pior, o atendimento é caótico e demorado. Em meu caso, que fiquei apenas uma noite e buscava um hotel com serviços rápidos, eficientes e desburocratizados, foi uma experiência negativa.

Excelente qualidade. Recepção ágil, quartos com o necessário (exceto frigobar), café da manhã bem diversificado. Muito bem localizado e, apesar de muito próximo de uma linha de trem, o ruído não chega a incomodar. Gostei bastante.

Pontos positivos: Localização privilegiada, numa região com muitos bares, restaurantes e pontos turísticos, muito movimento à noite (era uma noite agradável de verão). Quarto extremamente limpo, organizado, com varanda, bem climatizado. Equipe educada, atenciosa e simpática, café da manhã com uma certa variedade de opções. Pontos negativos: Os quartos voltados para a linha do trem podem ser mais barulhentos, senti falta de um frigobar no quarto e o preço um pouco acima do que tem a oferecer. No geral uma ótima experiência.

A good deal for the price. Nicely done. The property is a bit far from interesting areas. Too close to S station for a taxi, but slightly too far to walk with luggage.

I have stayed here multiple times and the location (a block off the Ku'Damm) is great.Rooms are nice and staff is friendly and helpful.Only one problem is tat there are insufficient outlets; I couldn't charge my laptop AND my cellphone at the same time with one outlet easily available.Ultimately I found one under/behind the desk on the floor which was essentially unreachable.Breakfast was great, with real plates (not -paper) and a good suggestion of German/European and American style options;

The rooms were very clean, I liked how they seal the door when I finish cleaning the room with a sticker. Breakfast included was very good, I was impressed how they had food service gloves to use when handling the utensil set other people have touched, however it would have been nice if other guests were using them.

The Hampton by Hilton Berlin City West was a good spot to stay in. Slightly off the main drag, it was more affordable than most of the hotels.in the area and close enough to the zoo and shopping district to walk pretty much everywhere. The staff was friendly and accommodating and my room was clean and satisfactory. The rooms are a little smaller than what you might be used to if you stay in the USA, but are very clean and a good size compared to others I looked at in this market. I had a very good 6 night stay and would stay here again if I come back to Berlin.

Amplia y confortable habitación.Zona muy bien comunicada, y si vais en coche, a 5' del hotel es muy fácil aparcar gratis por la noche, pues está muy cerca de la universidad, y por la noche hay mucho sitio libre. El desayuno rico y bastante completo. Tiene bar abierto las 24 horas. Pero el servicio de habitaciones es algo deficiente en cuanto a la limpieza

We liked this hotel a lot. It was clean and comfortable (and the shower is amazing) and excellent precautions are being taken with Covid. It's very close to the zoo so we decided to go - and wow what a zoo/aquarium. Breakfast is very good.

He quedado encantada. Habitaciones amplias, cama cómoda con estupenda lencería, decoración agradable, estupendo desayuno y bien ubicado para acceder a todos los transportes públicos. Advertir que no tiene nevera y que -no sé si debido a la actual situación pandémica o de forma habitual- no hacen limpieza diaria de habitaciones y tienes que solicitar cambio de toallas si así lo deseas. Tampoco, al menos durante mi visita, hablan español aunque sí puedes entenderte en inglés (incluso si tu nivel no es muy bueno). Teniendo en cuenta el precio es, sin duda, un hotel muy recomendable para moverte por Berlín sin dejar temblando el presupuesto. Volvería sin dudarlo. Recuerda que en estos momentos tienes que presentar pasaporte covid o prueba PCR/ antígenos y firmar el documento de localización que te facilita el hotel. Se me olvidaba comentar que el hotel está al lado de una vía por la que transitan muchos tranvías pero la habitación está tan bien insonorizada que no te enterar.

Best place for the price. Located near Zoo, but not close to any U/S bahn. You have to walk around 5-10 minutes. Good room and free breakfast. Polite and friendly service. Will stay there again.

Desayuno completo, habitaciones muy bonitas, hotel a 10 min del Zoo Palast (que era lo que me interesaba) y personal muy amable, sobre todo destacar a SANDRA, que desde el primer día nos facilitó mucho la vida al intentar hablar con nosotras en castellano. Muy simpática y cercana.

Es una opción estupenda para un viaje a Berlín. El precio es muy razonable y el hotel tiene todo lo que hace falta. El desayuno está muy bien y los alrededores están bien surtidos de restaurantes. Además, el zoo está muy cerca, así como varias líneas de Metro. Si te gusta correr, el Tiegarten es perfecto.

El Hampton by Hilton en Berlin está ubicado a unos 400 metros de diversos medios de transporte público. El precio es elevado para un 3*S, pero en general, el alojamiento es caro en Berlín. Destaco la insonorización de las habitaciones, puesto que sobre mi ventana pasaba el tren y no se sentía. La habitación es confortable a lo igual que el baño. No hubo limpieza de habitación, excepto ordenaron las sábanas de la cama. El desayuno es bueno. La atención y el servicio de los Hampton by Hilton es una estadía placentera asegurada.

Buen hotel, agradable ambiente,muy limpio, bastante espacio en la habitación y el desayuno amplio. Está incluido. Sólo se debe tener claro si es sensible a los ruidos no aceptar una habitación frente del paso de los trenes.
