“Only two out of the several staff I encountered were kind. The rest were aloof and unhelpful. Tell me why there’s only one luggage cart? And the hallways were so HOT. The main part of the room was nice, but the bathroom was in disrepair. Their laundry room was also lacking, and I was told the dryer might not even be working, yet there wasn’t a sign displayed telling the guests this info. I could hear screams and train whistles from knotts, clear as day in my room”

“This hotel is OK. The beds were not as comfortable as other courtyards I have stayed at and the pillows feel like someone has slept on them 1 million times already. The Bistro fruit was not fresh. My main issue with this location came when I reserved a room the day before and the gentleman at the front desk said "sure we have no rooms booked, I'll put you down" only to arrive to my meeting room the next day and have another person at the front desk question me on if I had a room. When we got to our meeting room it was deathly hot and unprepared. I will be staying somewhere else next time.”
