Beautiful resort. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Having the parks be just a boat ride or a short walk away is so convenient. Also love having the early park entry and unlimited express passes. Always a great experience here!

It’s a great place to stay especially visiting with kids. The theme parks are just a 7min walk from property or one can take the complementary water taxi to the park. The express tickets that one can buy as part of the package is definitely worth it to avoid the long wait. The room service I felt were skimping on the amenities such as coffee pods, sugar sachets etc.

Front Desk Manager named EMILY, was above and beyond helpful, and promptly responsive,for my family today.Also, the security team was on point. My son left his backpack with a Nintendo Switch and many games, inside the room as we were leaving.This could have likely been “disappeared”. But, rather, they retrieved it and are going to ship it to our home. Additionally, the other team members were very helpful and nice throughout our stay.Thank you Emily! We will return.

We loved everything about our experience with the hotel and the parks. Wish there was a little more to do in city walk for our rest day from parks and the only complaint about hotel room was lack of shelves etc in bathroom area for our personal items and not enough hooks for all of our towels / wet swimwear. Food and customer service were top notch.Proximity to parks and unlimited express pass were game changers!

We stayed at the Royal Pacific Resort for 6 nights. The room was located on a corner/curve of the floor which in my opinion proved a little bit more floor space in the room. The room had nice furnishings. Overall the room was clean on the surface. I did notice a build up of dust in the vents, closet door slats and on frame of the bathroom door. The room was serviced most days as well as upon request. The check-in staff provided a mobile number connection to the resort. It was very easy and convenient to ask for assistance and/or needed items. . The resort was esthetically appealing. A great plus of this resort is it was a quick 10 minute walk to the parks and shopping. Overall, a very nice resort to spend your vacation

Um dos melhores hotéis que já fiquei, possui uma linda Praia artificial e um rio em que é possível pegar um barco até o parque da Universal, a academia é ótima, os restaurantes também, os aposentos são modernos e a vista para o parque é incrível, eles se preocupam em cada detalhe, é super confortável.

Um bom lugar para se hospedar. Bem localizado, em relação aos pontos turísticos de Orlando e às principais rodovias e avenidas. Hotel muito bem tematizado, com seus eventos e jantares, ótimas comidas e bebidas. Piscina grande, com várias formas de aproveitar. Só o serviço de quarto que deixou a desejar, não repunham as louças sujas.

O principal motivo para termos escolhido esse hotel foi o Express Pass ilimitado que ele garante aos hóspedes, mas tivemos uma bela surpresa! O hotel é maravilhoso, desde a recepção até a piscina. O tema do hotel são as praias do Pacífico e no check in você ganha colares havaianos para entrar no clima. No nosso caso nos ofereceram um desconto de 100 dólares para ficarmos num quarto diferente, maior e com cozinha americana, mas com sofá-cama (que estava prontinho quando chegamos do IoA e não deve nada às camas dos melhores hotéis!). Ah! E ofereceram acesso ao lounge preferencial, o Club Level Lounge, que serve um café da manhã delicioso sem custo adicional. A piscina é enorme, então não fica lotada, e há 2 jacuzzis bem grandes também. Eles fornecem as toalhas, então nem com isso precisamos nos preocupar. A vista do nosso quarto dava para a piscina e para o IoA, então acordamos com Hogwarts nos chamando! O único defeito é que o estacionamento é pago (acho que 22 dólares), o que destoa do resto dos hotéis de Orlando, mas isso não é um motivo para não se hospedar lá. Amamos e voltaremos com certeza!

Quartos amplos, limpos, confortáveis e bem equipados. Equipe muito atenciosa e cordial. Fitness center muito bem equipado e climatizado adequadamente. O hotel é anexo a um TGI Fridays que funciona até as 2h00 da manhã! O café da manhã é servido nesse restaurante e é muito bem servido!

Hotel was clean and nice. The staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. The food at the on site restaurants (and room service) was good. The only issue I have with this place is the cost. Not the cost of the hotel itself, (although that was kind of expensive as well) but the cost of everything on the property. Water was $4 for regular water, $7.50 for the Fiji in the room. Small bag of chips: $6, room service burger and iced tea: $40 with tip. The costs to eat or spend time here are ridiculous. If you're planning on staying here for a trip to the parks, go out and get yourself some snacks/drinks/foods that you can keep in the room, otherwise you'll be broke.

Royal Pacific did not disappoint. The ability to text with the front desk was to most convenient. Staff was friendly and accommodating, the gym was functional, large, and clean, the proximity to the park was super convenient. We loved every second of our experience. The express pass was a great plus as well! We'll be back in the future!

What a great resort! My favorite part was hanging out at the restaurant with the best of the best, Mustafa. He was the best server that I have ever had and loves his job! Fernando was also amazing with both of their sense of humors and conversations, it made my trip the best experience! I highly recommend you visit these two! The rest of the resort was perfect, everyone is on their game and the food and drinks are amazing whether you are at the pool or inside. The staff out front is very helpful and assists you any way they can without hesitation!

This was my hotel for 5 days. Beautiful hotel, that had a 10 minute walking path to the parks. The theme parks and city walk were easy to navigate, because it was all in one area. So you can go from one park to another. The pathways were very well lit. So if you like walking, this is the best option. Now I have one complaint, the the food at the hotel is good, it is very expensive. But that is to be expected. I had the diner plan, so I ate at the parks most of the time. I would recommend this place because you get fast pass skip the line in your stay, that is worth it. I myself went with an agenda to experience Halloween nights and ride the Veloceraptor coaster, visit Harry potter world. I accomplished that. The fast pass came in handy.

Had a quick weekend trip to Universal and Islands of Adventure this past weekend. I read a lot of reviews saying that this hotel was older and the rooms weren't up to date but my room was beautiful and clean! Only giving four stars because you had to slam the door shut or else it wouldn't latch. Came back to my room from a day at the park on Sunday to find it not fully closed after housekeeping came in. Luckily nothing was missing but that could have been really bad. Staff was very apologetic and responsive about the issue. Other than that one thing everything was great. Quick and easy check in and check out is via text message. The fast passes saved me so much time at the parks. Definitely worth it for the passes and location.

We were satisfied with our recent stay (November 2021).The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.The room comes with unlimited Express Passes which proved practically invaluable.The room was a bit smaller than we had anticipated for being a premier hotel (especially once we squashed a roll-away bed in it), but we managed and we really didn't spend a lot of time in the room anyway. I was a little disappointed there was no bathtub, but the shower was wonderful and made up for the lack of tub!The map of the resort was a little confusing and we just ended up asking for help getting to where we needed to go. This was not a problem for us due to the fact that the staff was so amazing.The luggage services were also invaluable. We arrived early, and stayed after check out and we didn't have to worry about our luggage. They were quick, friendly, and efficient.The proximity to the parks was amazing. It didn't feel like an extreme chore to get to and from the parks. Whether we used the Water Taxi, or decided to just walk, we were at the parks in no time.Also, being able to send purchases to our room was an amazing convenience.Overall, we would stay here again!

Well first day the customer service was very unhelpful, on my reservations it never said what time check in was,, so we drove from NC over night ( 9 ) hours. When we got here about 9:30 am we were then told check in was at 4 , we explained our situation, had my grandson with us and he was very tired and uncomfortable, the didn’t care. I asked if they could try to get our room ready before and they simply said no, then they tell us we will get text when our room was ready. Never got a text. Finally after sitting in the lobby for 3 hours we decided to go get something to eat. When we got back I ask about our room. She said it was ready. I asked why we never got a text. System down. Keys didn’t work. Had yo have a man come up and open door. Next morning we go down yo breakfast in one of the restaurants that serve breakfast. 4 ppl , regular breakfast eggs , bacon and pancakes. The rest was all cakes etc $104plus $20 tip. Won’t be eating there any more. The room is very nice, house keeping very good. And water taxi to parks was cool. But as for coming back , don’t think so,I upgraded my room to get the fast pass. Room was the same standard room but changed over $500 and it was just for the passes. Sorry yo say but we had a much better and cheaper time at Disney. I don’t mind spending money. But not if it is not satisfying,,

We stayed one night at Loews Royal Pacific for the perks it offered at the parks! This resort did not disappoint. It was so beautiful and super clean. The employees were super friendly and helpful. The early admissions to the parks, express passes, and water taxis make this stay even more magical. There is not one thing negative I can say about our stay. I wish we had more time to devote to all the amenities offered at Loews Royal Pacific. When we return to Florida I have no doubt that we will be back at this amazing resort. What a great start to our vacation.

We loved this hotel! Its pretty, clean and the staff is just so friendly, kind and helpful. We did not meet one staff member that didn't have joy, excitement and genuine kindness. They were so happy to help us. Shelton who greeted us when we arrived was amazing and the gentleman who brought our bags to our room was just as amazing. This was our first visit to this hotel and we just purchased annual passes and this will be our universal home hotel. Strongly and highly recommend.

Fantastic resort!! We had a wonderful time and can't wait to come visit again. You simply cannot beat the quality of service and extras you receive while staying here. The ferry is fun. The walk is beautiful. Food was delicious. Room was comfortable and cozy. You could see staff members regularly cleaning all the high traffic areas. Everything about our stay was excellent.

Excelente hotel! Cheiro maravilhoso, ótima estrutura e ambientação. Localização maravilhosa, apenas 5 a 7 minutos caminhando, ou com um barquinho muito charmoso, até o city Walk. E no checkin você recebe o unlimited express, que é o próprio cartão/chave do quarto, é como um "fast pass" ao qual você tem direito por ser hóspede, e que faz com que você possa passar na frente da fila na maioria das atrações dos parques...e vale muito à pena. Super recomendo e pretendo voltar.

Loews Royal Pacific Resort was wonderful. Staff was very attentive, lobby and restaurants were very clean. Club Staff were great. We would love some more diverse options in the lounge though. The Sofa bed in one of Hospitality Rooms on the club level does need some repairs. Great time, and we will be back! The location can’t be beat for City Walk and Islands of Adventure!

We absolutely LOVE this place! We stay here a few times a year and it is always awesome. Not the closest hotel to the parks (Hard Rock is the closest) but the walk is not bad. You can always take the boat too or a rickshaw when they are available. The staff is amazing and each room comes with Express Passes for everyone in the room. This is our home away from home and we highly recommend staying here!

Excellent hotel. I loved my stay here. Great service, fantastic design and amazing garden, very serene atmosphere, good food at hotel's restaurants, very close to the parks and City Walk. The boat transportation is excellent, runs perfectly every few minutes. The room was super comfortable, clean. Love the shower. One of the best hotels I've stayed at.

I love staying with the on-site resorts. Royal Pacific was a beautiful property and enjoyed our holiday weekend stay. All transportation to and from the parks were smooth, the walk was enjoyable. Pool was fun with the family. Parking charge is up there along with the service charges on food and beverages but, worth it. If you are here on a budget maybe not so much. Club level is always enjoyable with these properties. All the staff are very nice and do a great job. Jasmine was great helping us during our entire stay. They have many other amenities that I will have to indulge in during a longer stay.

AMAZING RESORT!!! Absolutely recommended. Clean, relaxing, tropical get away. Close to the parks, quick walk or boat service. Everything was just perfect about this resort everything down to the smell of the Lobby! Really I want to bottle that smell and bring it home.

This hotel was so lovely! It really made our vacation great. The lobby smells so wonderful like orchids. Everything was beautiful! The boat ride to city walk was a quick 5 minutes. We usually took it instead of walking, which we were already doing a lot of at the parks. The bonus of having express passes included is well worth the price to enjoy such a fantastic hotel. Loved the option to text the concierge if anything was needed and to check out. Just a small side note, the grab and go breakfast was very expensive and bottled waters were about $6. So just be aware.
