“Been a long time since I’ve stayed at a Disney resort. Rooms are pretty basic but I’m sure they’re expecting you to be out at parks all day or attending conferences so that’s not a total deal breaker for me. Staff is nice, though having booked a balcony room and not getting it (charge was voided) I was hesitant to go 4 stars. The location and amenities are well above average in my book but the room service food was lacking. Very bland and fishy smelling. There’s also no water bottle refill stations outside of their gym but the front desk will give you however many you want so be sure you don’t pay extra from room service for them. Would I stay here again? Probably. Being able to walk to Epcot and Hollywood are nice having not rented a car and the exterior is gorgeous. Definitely better suited for adults or business traveling.”
