“Stayed here before and it was great, staff was wonderful. Showed up today asked for a room, they had several, said I was using CLC and was told they cannot take it despite it showing available on the app and me using it here before. Lady behind the counter didn't seem to know what to do. I am on the road 4 days a week and stay almost exclusively at Hilton branded hotels. Not what I expect from the Hilton brand.”

“This was my first time in a Homewood suit layout vs their other properties. I travel all the time for work about two weeks to a month. I thought it was a nice apartment like feel. Which was nice because I felt at home. The hotel room had four-part area with walls separating each: kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. I really like the full kitchen with a 2-person table set up. I was surprised to see silverware, cooking pan, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator. The bed/ bath/ living room were so spacious. My service animal loved the owner and his staff.”
